Another great purchase of white Venetian blinds from you. Having successfully purchased and installed these blinds for a family member, they asked if they could have them throughout the rest of the house, so another 9 were ordered. They arrived very quickly and because we’ve purchased before, installation was hassle free and completed in record time. All fitted perfectly and have transformed the windows. Very happy - thank you ☺️

Apart from that the fly screens were much better than expected and they fitted perfectly looked so good and sturdy you could not see them until they were pulled down.
Well worth waiting for we have now ordered 4 more for the rest of the house

Well-made blinds, speedy responses from Gemma in customer service and they endevoured to meet delivery deadline for me. Blinds I installed several years ago from previous order still working fine. Very happy with product and service.

My recent experience with New Blinds was good, the only thing I was't happy about is that I had to contact the company about my order because I was waiting longer to be deliver than I should. But anyway the response from customer service was quick and order was send ASAP. Overall I will recommend them to anyone who need good quality product.

The blinds are well made and strong.

Had manufacture and delivery issues needed more communication instead of me constantly chasing.
That apart good solid equipment at the right price.

Took a little longer than usual to receive my blind but this was due to high demand.
I am very pleased with my blind as they are well made and easy to install.

With all the hot weather it was no surprise that the delivery time would increase. As a consequence I couldn’t take the fly screen to France as planned. Had a relative coming over so asked customer service if I could change delivery address. With the assistance of customer service the fly screen was delivered to new address and on its way to France as we speak.

Delivery within timescale. Product arrived in perfect condition. Blinds easy to put up although may find a bit fiddly. Look great and are very good black out blinds.

We ordered 2 pet blinds just before the hot spell and was quoted 10 to 12 days turnaround. On day 12 I chased them and was told that due to the hot weather, they were busier than normal. I was told my order would be with me early the following week. Still nothing so I had to chase again. Can only contact them by email and wait for them to respond. The blinds finally arrived the week after so we were disappointed with the lead time not being met. The bottom bars are not ideal. They need to be drilled and screwed in place as we don't have a window sill and that then interferes with the smooth running of the blind.
