I had a good experience with customer service. Had doubts I ordered the right fitting and an agent was very helpful with organising a replacement if needed. No complaints

Ordered 6 gypsum wall light. In the picture it looked round and the actual product was oval. I asked how I could return the product as there is no online option to request the return. They first replied saying “ To help us better our service - please can you take a minute or two to let us know what's the reason for this return? Please note this will not make any difference to your right of return.”.

I replied explaining the reason and never heard back from them. I’ve sent two emails chasing and never heard back.

In 2024 return a product you buy online should be a given and easy to do.

The first light was not working but was replaced in a timely manner

Since living an review about my experience I have had an email with a full apology and the lamp I was buying now they are offering it to me free of charge. I have received a full refund I will update if the lamp comes. The free lamp came no problem I have more confidence in the company they do what they say

Avoid this company. Placed an order early November and still no delivery. Customer service is non -existent and staff are clueless even after several emails and calls. Tracking was provided but the parcel has not moved since it cleared customs over a week ago. Was not aware that goods were imported.

Netlighting saved the day in having the stock of the chandeliers we needed at the last minute. Great service and prompt, quicker than the previous supplier. Excellent customer service, highly responsive and I will use them again.

Excellent customer service quickly sent me a new replacement by DHL the next day, their support is very quick to respond and help you promptly. Would definitely recommend and buy more lights from them in the future!

I carelessly broke the glass shade on my lamp. The shop where I bought it were not interested. I was recommended to Netlighting by the manufacturers in Italy. They responded to my initial enquiry within hours, sourced a new shade and arranged delivery to me in France within 14 days. Absolutely first class service.

Ordered a light fitting via The range, but light came from this company, waited approx 6 weeks which I didn’t mind and came today the glass light is cracked in many places, the parcel looked like it had been damaged, phone the number gentleman wasn’t really that bothered said he’d order another one, but I asked for money to be refunded. Will wait and see how long that takes.
Would not use again sadly.

I purchased a Lamp at the end of last year and bulbs to go with it, when it finally arrived 2 weeks later, (I was unaware they ship their products from Italy it was delivered in a box with a different company’s name on it but the exact same logo a place called STEFI Illuminazione), I reported to Netlighting that the product arrived damaged on purpose and my bulbs nowhere to be seen, on top of that the plug socket wasn’t even compatible with British sockets, non of this information was provided in the description of the product this company also lies in it’s descriptions of it’s products, the lamp I purchased was sold described as a dimmable lamp and it was not, when I informed them of this they ignored my email and immediately changed their description on this product, when I chased them up about it they offered me my money back for the undelivered bulbs and a 15% discount off my purchase as this was an extremely expensive lamp! This was 6 months ago and they refuse to give the discount they promised me.

Since posting this review I have received my refund and have changed my review from 1* to 2* I would have given 3 if I would have experienced some honesty no fault of the employee I’m sure he was just going along with what the company had told him to say but I find it extremely unbelievable that a complaint requesting a refund was forgotten twice for 6 months ma dai

Slow delivery and 2 of the 5 lights we had fitted into the walls have failed. Promised replacements, but these have not arrived yet.

Prompt and efficient customer service.
Purchased an Ideal Lux Riga SP8 Fume which I am very pleased with. One of the glass shades was broken in the box, these thing happen, it was shipped from Italy. Reported the damage and received a response from Net Lighting the same day. Replacement shade arrived from Italy a week later.
