Zero support and a flaky website
Well, when it works it’s great. However, there is zero support. I can’t access the website, so, I can’t get my account details to set it up on my tv! Waiting 4 or 5 days now and support haven’t bothered to respond. Can’t use the live chat, since I can’t get on the website! I have 4 different services, all of them WhatsApp support or answer emails apart from these guys. Disappointed so far

I paid subscription and they sent me INVALID subscription codes. I wrote them more than four mails and NO reply. I think they cannot be trusted

Buffers too often
I like all the various channels but they buffer a lot & some shows are in Spanish and I’m not watching a Spanish show. Example I’ll turn to SyFy and it’s in Spanish not English.

Buffering at least once a day
At least once a day, I experience buffering on certain channels to the point that they are unwatchable. It's not my internet as it is fast.
