Live channels go dormant with increasing frequency, display says under repair. A lot.

Been using this for a while, 3+ years, over the past 12-18 months I saw quality drop, lag, freezing, unavailability ...
So I have been trying a few other services over the past few months but Have come back to Netfly, because even with the issues it's still the best I've found.

When it works it's GREAT! But I watch 3 channels on the weekends, and it constantly falls to "Service is repairing" when my other app same exact channel and show work fine. To me means they don't care that it's not working, if it wasn't for that I'd actually pay for it.

I was connected straight away after my payment went through, and we barely experience any problems with you. I’m very pleased with your service keep it up. Thank you.

The selection is impressive and the picture quality is great. I experienced one short interruption but everything has been smooth since.

Been using this service for over 4 years now but over the past 12-18 months the service has been getting worse.

The service is currently disgraceful with constant issues, customer service that doesn't always answer, huge buffering issues, lag between video and audio, server outages and the list goes on.

Avoid buying a subscription, Netfly TV is far from cheap yet is has more problems than cheaper services I've used in the past. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have been using this service for a few years. Seems to work okay for me. when the server was down, they gave me an additional month to compensate for the lost weeks. The quality is alright.

Sometimes there is a lot of buffering. Sometimes channels don't work, but for the most part it's a great experience overall

Love it tons of movies if you know how to find them.Once you hit a movie go down below and look for an actor,click him and it will send you to quite a few movies he or she is in,carry on doing it and send to favs.
