Felt scammed by netflorist. Bought a R800 boutique and had different flowers. Extremely dissapointed in their service.

Firstly, they seem to think that all Businesses close at 5pm, Newsflash, they do not. So the "Birthday Surprise" for my darling was ruined, firstly by them sending a message that something was on the way, and secondly, delivering it after everyone had already gone home. My wife had to wait an extra 10 mins before it arrived. Sorry, but you have lost me as a customer.

They called ask if they cute substitute the rose color as they did not have in stock, but they ended up pulling through after all.

The flowers were not fresh and they were dry

I loved how they packaged everything when she sent me a pic after receiving the gift, from the details of the box of wine, card and the chocolates.
I ordered many times from here, and I've never been disappointed thus far... Thanks for helping me make her day special.

Disappointed, paid 39 for a custom card however the standard card was sent to my wife 🤦‍♂️

The only thing I can fault NetFlorist on is their automatic and unnecessary change of lower letters to capitals when not required (for instance with names and surnames).

Netflorist has beautiful gifts made up and so it was easy to choose, together with that they had lovely add-ons making my delivery an amazing package. My gift was delivered on time to the delight of the recipient . Well done Netflorist !

I love netflorist. I use them to gift family and friends who don't live close by. I am happy with the fact that they can deliver personalized gifts same day. Ordered and paid around 11am, it was delivered just before 5pm.
