They dont listen to a request . They try and deliver past six at night at a work place that closes at 4 pm they charge you same day delivery but it takes 2 days to be delivered . Then they dont give a time when your things are gonna be delivered .
Will not recommend to anyone .

I'm totally disappointed in the service I strictly ask before 15H00 and where did you leave the flowers as you delivered it by 17H50 ten to 6 and the who singed for the flowers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received. We paid for premium delivery, yet the flowers have still not been delivered, and when we call, we are told that you cannot even provide an estimated delivery time. This raises the obvious question: what is the purpose of offering and charging for a premium delivery option if there is no guaranteed or even estimated delivery time?

To make matters worse, when trying to follow up, I have waited 7+ minutes on hold, only for the call to be repeatedly dropped when I am next in line. To make thins worse I finally get someone on the line then my call is dropped while I'm explaining.😡 This is unacceptable, especially when the order is time-sensitive and we specifically paid extra for premium service.

I expect this matter to be addressed urgently and would also like an explanation regarding the premium delivery charge. Also we got notified that the package was delivered at 17:45???? I have no idea how that is possible as the business premises is closed at that time!!!

The flowers were not fresh and started wilting quite quickly. The ribbon tied around the bouquet was also wet, which made the overall presentation disappointing. I expected better quality and freshness. Would like to share images of the product.

Unfortunately poor experience compared to others. Delivery happened way after scheduled time and recipient had to wait and miss their transport back home. Really not the best experience

The order itself is perfect, I like everything about it, delivery was a bit disappointing this time around I had to enquire the whereabouts of my order. Other than that I love it.

The flowers was not fresh and some was already turning brown on the ends. The whole wrap around the flowers was wet. Its very disappointing to receive flowers like that.

I ordered according to the advertisement, 24 roses! And only 16 was delivered!

I am not impressed at all. I ordered flowers and chocolates and only the flowers were delivered. Not impressed with this. I didn't get what I paid for!!!

Net florist delivered the wrong selection of flowers . Their tracking system needs to be updated because it poses an issue especially if you’re gifting someone . Their website glitches and it makes usability harder than it needs to be.

It's always quick and easy to purchase on netflorist. Bouquets are always as per pictures. What a special way to make a persons day feel special. So far delivery has always been on time.

I ordered 4 lovely gifts for springday. It was delivered the same day to my work colleagues. They were so surprised and loved the flowers. Delivered with care and my anonymity remains in tact. Easy to use website. Plenty of options at different price points. The only draw back was the customer support WhatsApp line. I tried to change the delivery address via that channel but there was a bug with the bot and could not actually get assistance. Nonetheless, everything else went well.

Terrible experience. Will never order from Netflorist again. This is the first and last!!!!!
