Would be a 0 star but I admit I had okay experiences before with them. This time not so much.

Ordered on the 25th August, was due to arrive 30th August, only having my order assisted today (4 September) after emailing for this entire week.

Not only were their emails in my spam, which as a business you should try to ensure that this doesn't occur, my emails would not deliver to them. This would consist of 4 different email addresses I was given and about 6 I sent emails total. Still no updates and barely any responses over their WhatsApp line. I was told they would contact when my information was received. Still nothing. Today over WhatsApp they finally decide to assist my order being carried through and only then am I informed ALL my order details for customization were not accessible, even though I ordered through their site. I must now send through my image and the details over WhatsApp. The consultant insists that I must send the image not as a PDF which I had done prior upon being told to send everything through on WhatsApp. They insist that they will inform me if the quality decreases as WhatsApp compresses images even though they apparently cannot access the pdf. So they will tell me if the image quality decreases for an image they don't have access to the original of. After many back and forth during this week and no apologies and no compensation for all this. All the while the staff were condescending on call and short over WhatsApp.

I will not be ordering again from Netflorist and may this help others with issues with their order like mine. Go straight to WhatsApp as they do not receive emails and are condescending over call.

The package of the wine was damaged, the stems of 4 roses out of 24 were damaged.

My order was a gift for someone else. It arrived wet and the card was wet. The driver said that it fell in a bucket of water. I contacted the call centre and I sent photos of the wet box. I am still waiting for someone to collect and exchange the gift. I was meant to give it to the person tomorrow, but thats not happening. Disappointed with netflorist.

I ordered 4 bunches of roses for secretaries' day to be delivered to the same address explaining that office hours are 08:00am to 17:00pm. Only 1 person got their flowers an hour ago. The other 3 ladies in the office did not. How can you not deliver all four at the same time when it is under the same order number and going to the same address. The other ladies now feel left out. This does not make sense. Can someone please advise when the other 3 bunches on this order will be delivered. I do not want them to receive it tomorrow, they need to get their flowers today.

PLEASE DONT DELIVER STUFF AT 18H00.

I used Netflorist a few years ago when I worked offshore and used them to send flowers. Recently I decided to send someone special flowers and only one company came to mind. Netflorist. And once again they haven't disappointed on the two recent occasions I used them. I'll definitely continue using them.

As always very easy to order! I did it 12pm at night on my phone and did not even climb out of bed🤣 delivered the next day to my Mom no hassles! I am a frequent user of your service and I am always pleasantly impressed! Great stuff Netflorist!

It was a wonderful ladies 40th and i was in Cape Town but could get her a gift through Netflorist which was great and i could also personalized it for her to remember this day for long to come.
Service was excellent and i could track order from start to finish.
