The team were great and very knowledgeable, from the initial meeting to the installation everyone was polite and courteous. At the end of each of the install days everything was left very tidy. A week later my energy provider upgraded my SMART meters and the engineer commented that the company, Net Eco, had done an excellent and tidy job. Support continued following the installation with my questions answered and reassurances that should I have further questions or need anything more to call or email. A very good experience.

I recently had the team at Net-Eco install my solar panels and Eleven Energy battery set up and have nothing but praise for these guys. From the initial survey to measure up and talk through my options, to the courtesy call post install to check in, they were great. The chaps that came to install were on the money too and did a really tidy job. Well done guys and thanks!

Net-Eco did the original Solar and battery install for us a few years ago and we subsequently decided to upgrade our set up. We returned to them after getting other quotes mainly due to their professionalism and knowledge. The install was carried out by Ben whom I can’t praise enough for putting up with my stupid questions. He was patient with us and explained everything in detail. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

Tesla battery needed checking and a software update. One call and date booked in for a few days later. Bradley came on time and checked everything out. Exactly as it should be. I am delighted to be dealing with Net-Eco.

Brad was great to deal with and really helped me understand how different systems would work for us and gave us options based on what was right for our house. During the install all the guys were very friendly and explained how everything worked, from showing me exactly how the panels attach on our slate roof, to explaining the in app controls for our battery. We couldn’t be more pleased with our Net-Eco installation.

Fantastic company with an in depth knowledge of products followed up with a neat and tidy install (thanks Brad, Tom & Ben). If you want the new Eleven (sodium-ion) battery installed these are your guys. Any issues are sorted out immediately and they have contacts at Eleven who also were impressive with instant response.

Net-Eco were recommended to me by a friend as a one stop specialist battery, solar panel, and EV charger installer and I can see why: their technical knowledge, practical guidance, customer service, and value for money were simply fantastic.

Everything from the initial survey, conducted by Brad, to the actual installation, undertaken by Charlie, went really smoothly and we're delighted with the outcome.

We weren't oversold, and now have an affordable and tailored energy solution to both front up to climate change and to help us beat down the cost of energy.

My initial contact with Net-Eco was an enquiry about removing our 16 year old solar panels to allow us to carry out roof repairs. Brad was totally customer focused, fully understood what we needed, and explained lots of different options to maximise our energy requirements as we now have electric vehicles and an air source heat pump.
His in-depth technical knowledge and ability to explain it practically, and a really detailed proposal helped us make the decision to upgrade all the panels and install a battery.
He also came back to carry out a second site visit and discuss the best options for where the equipment would go, what it would look like, and also time frames.
The installation team have been outstanding. In very challenging heat wave conditions the scaffolders did an outstanding job, taking great care of our new render and the garden. Even when the poles were too hot to handle they worked around it by spraying with water so they could get the work done ready for the installation.
The technical team too were great. Ben, the electrician was incredibly diligent, and was very tidy and made sure the end result was to his high standard as if it was his own, and stayed late on the final day to make sure it was all up and running.
Dan and Dave were a a great team, again working in 35 °C heat, didn’t stop to make sure it was finished on time to get the panels working by the end of the second day.
The workmanship has been exceptional, and the customer service throughout has been reassuring, available and I am so glad we went with a local firm.
Brad has also scheduled a follow up visit once we’ve got used to how the new install has impacted our energy usage so that he can explain how to maximise our savings and best use the panels, the battery and cheap night time tariffs.
We also did some costings research and they were also very competitive compared to large national companies. We can already tell that our panels and batteries will have paid for themselves much sooner than the conservative estimate.
Thank you to the whole team including Saskia in the office for making this a very positive experience.

All the steps were completed on the expected schedule, and the support offered by Bradley was forthcoming. Great people to deal with things happen as expected and on time. Very happy with our installation and would happily recommend them to friends & family.

A very professional installation. I spoke to a few of the national companies but they were nowhere near as invested. Net-Eco returned all my calls and no hard sell. A very knowledgeable team, and a local company too.

We chose Net-Eco over other companies because they have genuine interest in the technology. While some companies just pop figures into a laptop and come up with a solution, we had a discussion with Brad that covered all the different options and he was very knowledgeable beyond just solar energy. The installation was efficient and professional and carried out by guys who obviously knew what they were doing.

Just had our installation completed in the last week. We are extremely happy with the whole process from the initial quote through to the installation.
Bradley was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and helped us understand everything. The installation team were great, professional, tidy, approachable and friendly and the work was completed on time and to a high standard throughout. We would highly recommend the company.

I'm a bit fastidious about these things. I spoke to a few companies before selecting Net Ecod. Brad, Ben and the whole team were both exceptionally knowledgeable in what they were doing, and also very personable.
