Highly recommended
Very thorough with all information provided, there was no need to even ask my own questions as everything was covered 110%. The schedule is flexible to work with you and easy to setup appointments from start to finish. I was skeptical at first but learned so much more than I thought I would and so so happy I did these sessions.

Register told me 40 min online…
Register told me 40 min online consultation will cost around $100 and told it's not going to be around $500. And I got bill $440 for 40 min online consultation. I feel deceived.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. From your description it sounds like you have received an EOB from your insurance company. Please note that an EOB is not a bill; rather, it’s a statement from your insurance company detailing what has been processed, what’s covered, and what may remain for you to pay. The amount listed on the EOB is often the total cost of the service before any discounts, adjustments, or insurance payments are applied.
We want to assure you that you do not owe the full amount listed on the EOB. Your actual balance due, if any, will be determined once your insurance has completed their processing and applied their coverage. Behind the scenes, our billing team advocates for you to the insurance company, including filing appeals that may take months after your appointment. The majority of our patients pay $0 out-of-pocket for our services.

Warning
Just want to warn future moms. They kept calling me everyday, multiple times a day to schedule an appointment. After making sure insurance covered the course I gave into it. They split one class into two 30 minutes session to not “overwhelm me” and billed insurance 2-3 codes for each of those. This screwed me over for when it was time to get actual support postpartum when I struggled to breastfeed and needed it the most. I had used my maximum benefits after two weeks pp. Huge regrets and I will never get that time back :(

While the ACA mandates unlimited coverage for breastfeeding throughout the entire duration of breastfeeding, insurance plans may still have restrictions on the number of consults they cover.
We encourage you to share your concerns directly with your insurance provider, as this can help drive policy changes for all breastfeeding families. Given every plan is different, we recommend that patients review their plan’s coverage to better understand their benefits and how to make the most of what’s available to them.

Great Nest Sessions with Nicole Pogrund
I learnt a lot through this Nest Collaboration - Nicole Pogrund is my Lactation consultant, she is kind, compassionate and shows a lot of empathy - given that i had just delivered a baby and was struggling with feeding. She provided a lot of guidance on latching, feeding frequency , pumping - every thing that i needed to know, I was able to start with 0 experience to be able to get my baby to breast feed, and even address some of the challenges related to flat nipple.

My experience has been great.
My experience has been great. I love being able to receive care at home so that I don’t have to pack up my newborn and take him to a Drs office. The practitioner I have has been awesome and encouraging and her advice has made me my breastfeeding journey much smoother.

The lactation consultants at Nest have…made breastfeeding enjoyable!
The lactation consultants at Nest have been key in my breastfeeding journey. I was able to do an appointment prior to having my baby and with just one session I felt more prepared and knowledgeable about what would be happening to my body after birth. I ended up not being able to do another prenatal appointment because I had my daughter the next day but the postpartum consults have been so incredibly helpful. The first few days of breastfeeding are TOUGH and so confusing to navigate as a first time mom but everyone I have met with has been able to give me advice and tips on how exactly to get through whatever I am struggling with. They have helped make my breastfeeding journey easier and much more enjoyable.
