A lactation consultant that was personable, professional and encouraging. As I’m beginning to wean my little one I’m sad I won’t be meeting with her regularly. Throughout my visits she went beyond the scope of breastfeeding and cared for my underlying emotional and mental wellbeing. Every woman deserves this measure of support in motherhood.

Followed all the recommendations that the consultant told me for people with an oversupply and ended up with double mastitis almost immediately when my milk came in after my baby was born. The expensive probiotics she recommended did absolutely nothing, and I feel like the recommendation to pump as little as possible only further exacerbated my problem because my oversupply became so unmanageable so fast.

Theresa validated my experience, supported, and encouraged me in my breastfeeding and pumping efforts. She helped me remember rest and stability are just as important as milk production. She gave me a well rounded view on my progress and helped me implement and maintain reasonable pumping schedules.

I feel one thousand times more confident about breast feeding after this class. The videos and imagery our instructor shared were super helpful, and also got me excited to have my baby here. My only critique is that i wish we could’ve slowed down slightly. Grateful for this!!!

Not only am I a patient with the service, I also send referrals to this service. It was great to have a session that not only addressed my questions as a first time mom/breastfeeder but also the extra insight I got into the program to pass along to potential referrals.

The help I received made a difference!
Both lactation consultants I met with, T’Errah and Sophia T., made me feel respected, capable, and confident. I have continued breastfeeding because of their help. It is still a journey, but I am at almost a month of breastfeeding because of them.

Ridiculously expensive for 35 minutes. I was charged over $1300 & still didn’t get many topics covered.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. From your review, it seems as if you have received an EOB from your insurance company. Please note that an EOB is not a bill; rather, it’s a statement from your insurance company detailing what has been processed, what’s covered, and what may remain for you to pay.
The amount listed on the EOB is often the total cost of the service before any discounts, adjustments, or insurance payments are applied. We want to assure you that you do not owe the full amount listed on the EOB. Your actual balance due, if any, will be determined once your insurance has completed their processing and applied their coverage. Behind the scenes, our billing team advocates for you to the insurance company, including filing appeals that may take months after your appointment. The majority of our patients pay $0 out-of-pocket for our services.
We hope this helps clarify the situation but if you have any further questions or concerns, our billing team is happy to assist you in understanding your EOB and any next steps. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to them at billingsupport@nestcollaborative.com.
Additionally, we always want to make sure your questions and concerns are addressed and answered, which can result in the need for multiple consultations to address all issues depending on each patient's unique circumstances.
