Neon Direct Recensioni

Ordered my new wall light after been let down by another neon company .. I received my light within two weeks and it’s amazing the quality is brilliant worth every penny!

Amazing customer service and would highly recommend.
Initial delay with original quote (as they are very busy so understandable), however this was quickly rectified and I cant fault anything from start to finish.
Personalised sign for my business and they made sure that I was completely happy with the design throughout. Thank you!

I love our light. It fits perfect in our dining room. Definitely will be returning for something for my dressing room

Really pleased with my overall experience with neon direct. So in love with my new sign, fits perfectly with my quirky interior.
Can’t wait to show it off to all my friends and family when they are allowed round.
I received smooth service from neon direct, from start to finish. I will definitely be using them again, as I continue to renovate my home!
Thanks Guys!

Ordered a sign for my bedroom, I love it so much. Great quality sign would definitely recommend

Absolutely love my sign, it really brings my home together and the quality if the sign is amazing. Service from start to finish with Neon Direct was fabulous and the team are so lovely 😍 already thinking about where I can get a new one to put up! Thank you so much Neon Direct 🤩 xx

Product arrived excellently packed and protected for transit. I ordered the ‘Garden Bar’ one and I am not disappointed. Product excellently made and comes with all necessary components so you only have to fit into your desired location and plug in.

Excellent service compared to an online sales provider. Also the price was great value and worth every penny.

I felt re assured from the beginning of the purchase process, by speaking to some one about my options. I could discuss sizing, fonts and colours over the phone, had i ticked a few boxes on a website, as per most other providers, i would have missed several tailored choices. This made such a huge difference i never knew i had so many options.

The contact i had was friendly helpful supportive and found solutions to several questions. The after care was great, calling to ensure I was happy with everything.

Delighted and couldn't have asked for better service.

Brought a sign for my outside bar and it provides a high quality finishing touch. Being able to get a custom design with help from the team via the chat made the whole experience smooth from end to end. The sign arrived as described, quickly too! 100% would recommend. A*

Ordered for my sisters Lash studio as the space needed a little something extra. Neon Directs bespoke signs were a perfect option as I could customise exactly as she wanted. The customer service was amazing, couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic service, quality sign and arrived quicker than expected. Cannot fault!

A fantastic company, wanted something totally different made for out Daughter for Xmas, she owns her own Beauty Salon so we had a sign made for her, we were restricted with size, I spent hours scouring the Internet, no one could do what we wanted, I found Neon Direct I called and spoke with Ryan who was fantastic said he would do his best and get back to me and true to his word he did, after lots of phones calls back and forth they made exactly what we wanted, when our daughter opened her present on Xmas day she could not believe how beautiful her new sign was, she was very emotional, would highly recommend this company, thank you Ryan and all the team at Neon Direct
