I contacted Neo Glaze to fix a faulty window that wasn't opening. Wayne was the engineer who came to fix the window. He was very friendly, polite and well mannered. He was also very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with his journey times etc. Thanks for your help!

Wayne was the engineer who came to make adjustments to our windows and door.
He got stuck in traffic but phone ti let me know, which I thought was very thoughtful.
He was a very pleasant man who worked effectively and efficiently.
He was a lovely gentleman with a happy demeanour. Very happy with the results of his work.

Had windows and doors fitted june ..Great job ...October slight problem with door ..phone 15th Oct wayne came and fixed it next day ..new what the problem was put it right ..shouldn't happen again..Great service and after service Great too.

After my previous review I have been contacted by Wayne a service engineer from neo glaze who has put all the problems right. It is a shame Wayne didn't work for them when these windows were fitted, we might have had them done right in the first place.

Wayne came to look at the difficulties on my stable door and sorted the issue with the locks immediately. Quickly resolved the problem, pleasant person with good manners. Advice given. Highly recommend Neo Glazing for doors /windows. 15 years guarantee.

Very happy with my new windows! I was very impressed with the efficient service and the communication from Neo Glaze. They were flexible in arranging appointments. The fitters were very polite, and left no mess at all.

Overall, neo was very good. I have all my windows and doors replaced. The sales person, didn't over sell products that I didn't need. He only recommended products that I needed. He even questioned at times some add ons I want but he got me to understand that I didn't need some things. And he ensure my purchases was practical with some inputs of our own. During fitting stage, I was a bit unsure as the fitters always arrive later in the day however they were happy to stay on late to ensure the work they planned was competed. Aftercare was a little slow and I had to a call in a few times but with patience to follow up call they eventually got things sorted. They don't rush their job. I prefer they spend 3-4 days completing a good quality job rather than 1day and then I have to keep calling them back. The company it not the biggest so they can't attend after care straight away as they don't always have people in the area but they do a decent job. Good value for your money with decent products and service.

Great job from start to finish the sales rep was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Lots of options, great price. Windows were made and ready in a few weeks as quoted and fitting day was flexible. 3 windows replaced including a large bay in 1 day. The fitters were on time, very polite, worked hard, very tidy too. Overall extremely pleased with the job and would happily recommend and use again

The installation team was professional, courteous, friendly and fast. The windows look great. We noticed an immediate improvement in heat retention and sound-proofing with the new windows. I have already recommended neo glaze to a friend and we will continue to do so also we had a front door fitted which looks absolutely beautiful.

Excellent craftsmanship. Orderd 6 windows and a door. Had them manufactured and ready in no time, Requested to just have windows installed intially and requested to postpone the door installation after major refurb works were completed. They were happy to oblige sending their team of installers twice and one more time to sort out some very minor issues. Were professional and efficient during the whole process from ordering to signing off the project. Very happy to recommend.

We had our whole house refitted with new windows..Sid our salesman was fantastic he spent so long with us as we were very unsure of what we wanted as they have so many choices of styles and colours..he had the patience of a Saint with me ha! We then after 2 weeks decided to change the colour of our windows and again this was no problem as our order hadn't gone to factory to be started..we then got a call to say our order was ready 2 weeks early which was fantastic..the guys did a great Job they were punctual,professional and so tidy! They took all our old windows and door away with them and completed the whole refit within 3 days! Fantastic guys who worked so hard despite our mini heatwave! Thanks to the installation team for managing to source the bespoke window design i wanted to match my front door keeping in touch the whole time we were waiting for our installation..definitely recommend quality windows at the right price!!

Great experience with Neo Glaze. They came on a Saturday to assess and got an instant quote on the same day - which was unbeatable by other companies.
The team came to fit the windows when we’ve agreed to and they’ve worked continuously and finished in a day 6 window replacement.
At the end, we’ve noticed that one part was missing, but they came back as soon as agreed to fit it.

Superb CS after leaky gutter over flow and one of the Polycarbonate panels on my veranda has moisture between the panels....Guys speedy CS rectified this straight away!!

Had 4 Windows and 2 French Doors fitted in 2021. In early 2023, the locking system in one window inexplicably failed. It took 5 calls over 2 weeks before NEO finally accepted liability and sent out a repair team.
Less than 3 months later a second locking system has failed in the open position. I cannot close the window securely rendering my home contents insurance null and void. Have called NEO 3 times but each time the become more rude and abrasive suggesting it's not their problem! They have refused to acknowledge my e-mails until I chase them up with more phone calls; they have refused to commit to a repair timescale - actually saying 'I'm not going to commit to a timescale as you will hold me to it' Yes - seriously!!! When I asked for a part number to order a part in myself - they had no idea as they clearly have ignored the detailed information and photographs I have given them. 'If we have to order a part in we will' - so clearly they haven't even checked.
Appalling after-sales service; noting that I had 2 neighbours use them on my recommendation and they haven't so much as acknowledged that and clearly are only interested in new business.
Do not give them a penny. Appalling.

The windows that were installed, were of a good standard, very pleased with the difference it has made and very professional. Thankyou.

One star is too much.

We ordered a door from them and 2 panels of glass. They delivered the wrong door but persuaded us to keep it.. they then sent a third party man to fit the door?????? Delivered on the back of a trailer.

A couple of months later the lock broke and we tried to call to ask for help but had nothing but shouting and abuse down the phone accusing us of tampering with the lock - why would we?

Now a year and a half later the glass has shattered(no impact!) and I don’t want to try and speak to them after the awful service they provided so we got a third party glass company in. He has advised the glass is illegal as it is not safety glass..
