Great service wonderful customer experience and the surveyor was friendly and very professional. These guys helped me with a plan and the job was beautiful making my house look fresh as new. I would definitely recommend.

Happy with customer service as simple repairs to my windows were completed in a timely manner thanks to the manager Jack. I was given an approximate time, worker showed up, was polite, professional & completed the work to a high standard.

Had 2 external doors fitted. Both fitters were professional, polite and cleaned up after job.
Doors look amazing, really pleased and happy with service from start to finish.

We had 5 windows fitted today and all I can say is that the fitters were brilliant. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job also very clean. Great knowledge and happy to answer questions I had, definitely went the extra mile.

From having an old but perfectly useable conservatory, I have now been left with something useless. Neoglaze took away my old conservatory to replace it with a solid roof at the beginning of September. Since, the box guttering (which they claim not to have altered, even though the fitters told us they had) leaks, the wall nearest the door leaks and the doors do not sit level with the threshold. 3 fitters later the problems are still not fixed and Neoglaze have refused to do anything more about it. I have not received their promised guarantee and they have not sent anything in writing at all. It's a shame that Trustpilot does not allow you to post photos. The unprofessionalism and poor workmanship doesn't even warrant a 1 star.

Neoglaze contacted me when i had put a search for quotes.Sid came soon after and gave me the first of several quotes.I was very impressed by neoglaze demonstration window and the information from Sid.I received a very competitive quote from Jack same day over the phone with Sid present.I decided to go ahead with neoglaze due not only to the amazing price but also the quality of the product and presentation by Sid.My windows were then installed as requested by me on a date agreed a few weeks later after a visit to measure up properly.There was consistent contact by Jack before throughout and after installation to ensure i was happy with their service.The installers Taj and Mo were polite worked so hard protected flooring and cleaned up every bit of mess inside and out taking away old windows and all debris.They took 2 and a half days to install 11 windows(one was a bay)and a back door.The quality and finish was fantastic.please ignore the moaners on reviews as i am so glad i trusted Neoglaze and took notice of the positive ones.They are a small upcoming company who are trying their very best to provide an excellent value for money and service from them was above and beyond.Just remember they are a small company and will respond to minor issues within a time frame they are able to and will sort any issues that arise.some of the reviews i felt were ridiculous or fake as its inevitable that the odd bit of cracked plaster and paint will happen as fitting windows requires hitting out old embedded frames that may of been in years and the trims over and around will pull off paper plaster and paint so its inevitable that a little decorating repair around these will sometimes be needed.They were as careful as could be expected and patch up what they can but are not there to do that, removing windows will make some mess of certain finishings but is easily rectified by you so please ignore these negative reviews as a recent customer i am more than happy to fully recommend Neoglaze who provided me with an amazing price flexible payment plan based on trust and fantastic quality windows.polite consistent communications and went above and beyond to ensure i was happy.Thanks so much Jack.

He arrived on time and worked very tidy and was very respectful.

Recently had a front and back door fitted very high quality doors and fitters were very professional, great work would highly recommend

After many months of installation they sent Rob he sorted out everything he is very nice guy very soft spoken very helpful job done very nice he has good knowledge of he knows what to do I am happy

We had Rob the Service Engineer come and correct a small problem with one off the small opening windows He was very friendly a very experienced window fitter did the job in no time was very tidy can’t recommend enough 5+ Stars from us.

Wayne come to fix the top two window latches and did a very good job a very experienced chap and was very friendly

My experance with Wayne was great, came on time, was very polite and got on with the job and clean-up after him self an asset to the company
