Ordered Neo suitcases ( DUX041798130 )

Ordered Neo suitcases ( DUX041798130 ) from Neo direct via Debenhams. The suitcases are NOT as described. The wrong sizes and wrong wheels. Having to wait for an answer from them through Debenhams. I am travelling on the 30/06/2025. Why is everything is so slow with these people? When will the return label be sent and my money back in my account? Why are the suitcases still advertised at Debenhams with the wrong description?

This feels like TEMU

ive had one of the gaming chairs for around 5 months and already the footrest is broken, both armrests dont hold my arms because they just wave around, the backrest is slightly tiled to the left and broken, the gas that lifts the chair up and down makes a loud bang when i sit on it at max height, the usb cable that is meant to be plugged in for the "massage" pillow gets wrapped around the chair and stops it from moving, and the massage pillow is just a tiny pillow that vibrates
Edit: The foot rest has completely broken off now.

DO NOT BUY!!

One week ago I ordered a gaming chair through Amazon as Neo direct being the third party company, it was as amazon prime which meant in two days ill be getting my parcel, they were trying to gaslight me into thinking they did have dispatch the chair to DPD when in reality i called DPD and Amazon and both said that isn’t true, i called Neo Direct and asked me for a screenshot proof through email then hung up, 5 min later i called and i got told that they will get back to me and i immediately said that i want an answer now not in 2 days, proceeded to say “its been delivered to DPD” when once again its a lie, horrible costumer service, liars and gaslighters. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Parasol arrived broken & poorly wrapped.

Bad and good. My cantilever parasol arrived in a battered box with holes in and looked like it had been superficially sellotaped up and opened before. The parasol was broken and could not be put together. I complained to Neo Direct and they offered to replace it immediately once I'd bagged it all up again. No form of real apology or compensation. Lots of hassle for me but at least there was no quibbling over their very poor product/delivery and subsequent replacement. Your choice if you want too use these guys.
