It was delivered to the wrong address

Edit: Neo Direct contacted me direct to try and resolve the issue. Turns out mountain warehouse has been economical with the truth and I fact hadn’t even contacted Neo Direct about the issue! Neo direct were extremely helpful and I now have my refund.

Inadvertently bought a product through mountain warehouse. Neither party seems to be capable of resolving the issue. The product fell apart injuring me, and mountain warehouse blame Neo Direct, neo direct simply fail to respond.

Companies like this need to be banned from trading in the UK if they lack adequate customer support.

The suitcase was not as hard body as it claimed.I i used it once and my three year old stood on it and it created a dent which should not if it was hard body that could resist the effect of a hitting hammer as advertised. Disappointed

This is my first time ordering from Neo Direct — a sofa set. A small part was missing, but customer service resolved the issue immediately. The sofa met my expectations, the price was very reasonable, and it was delivered within three days of placing the order.”

This is the second time I have had to buy a garden parasol from Neo Direct. The parasol is very cheaply made and has once again broken in a light gust of wind.
The parts used on the parasol are made of cheap plastic and obviously cannot withstand any stress. The parasol, cost £109 for the second time and is not a good buy unfortunately as it is cheaply made. Please consider your options before purchasing this product form Neo Direct

suitcases were very good value and are solid and appear well made . haven't used them yet though so we will see

I unknowingly bought a suitcase from Neo Direct (through Debenhams) and it didn't survive the first trip. Arrived on holiday to a cracked open case with a wheel hanging off. I contacted Debenhams as I had no contact for Neo Direct and they had to act as the middle man between myself and the seller. By the time they told me I had to return the case for a refund, I'd already had to purchase another case and discard the previous one, as theirs was unusable and I couldn't travel with 2 cases. Despite providing photos of the unusable case, all they've offered is a £15 refund. If I'd known I was buying through Neo Direct, I would have checked their reviews first. Seems I'm not the only customer to receive poor quality items. Stick to Temu or Wish....... Same quality, cheaper prices.

Ordering and delivery was excellent

Bar chairs are not very strong when you sit on them they are very wobbly we are not big people.

They were not at all anything like the photo and were so small they looked as if they were for a lady or a child. Nothing like the photo at all. There was no size chart or proper particulars.

Delivered earlier than expected, product as described.

First purchased some suitcases, used once and they fell apart. At this point I just wanted a refund, they advised that I needed to send back the suitcases I was happy to do so but due to an injury it would be tough to take them to be posted and I also asked for them to provide packaging at which they refused - which I add is there legal obligation given I recieved a faulty item. Was given a credit note so I orderd a wash basket, put it together and noticed the wood looks old and has marks on it - extremely dissapointing. Won't order from again

I ordered my sundowners on 7/7/25 if my order was over £75 I would receive next day delivery its now a week later and still no order!...wen dpd brought what was supposed to be my order 2 days after ordering they brought cat food

I ordered a parasol and base off Amazon with this company and today they have only delivered the base and not the parasol. DPD state to contact the seller but they have not responded. In brief I have paid for an item they have only part delivered!

Purchased an ice machine six months ago via eBay. It started to leak and as the purchase was well out of eBay's 30 day warranty I contacted Neo. They swiftly sent a prepaid label to return. I've been chasing a refund for over two weeks. It was promised within 3-5 working days. This time frame has expired. Communication is poor: endless automated responses. I've emailed again this morning asking them to escalate the situation. It took three weeks of constant emailing to achieve the refund. Customer services kept telling me I'd been refunded via PayPal. The biggest pain is there's no facility for a dialogue as every message generated an acknowledgement and didn't answer any questions or move things on. I assume they thought I'd just give up and go away!!

So Far i have had a gazebo delivered with no fittings and so it is useless. Today i have had 2 carts delivered, both with parts missing, and so they are both useless.
