Onboarding with Neno was smooth from start to finish. Everything was clear and fast. Cool that they offer bookkeeping and payroll.

The sign-up process at Neno was surprisingly simple. And I got called by them directly for customer onboarding and they were very good reachable. Major difference with a large bank. Very recommended.

As a startup, we were drowning in admin we just didn't have the bandwidth or expertise to handle ourselves. Everything felt scattered and behind. Neno came in and genuinely turned that around. They took the time to understand exactly where things stood, then methodically cleaned up and organized our admin from the ground up. What stood out most was how much they actually cared about getting it right for us, not just checking boxes. Great onboarding experience with Neno

I recently started using Neno for my company’s accounting, payroll and business banking setup, and the onboarding experience has been very smooth so far.

The platform itself is clear and practical, with the different tools for bookkeeping, payroll, banking and communication all being set up in a structured way. For someone setting up a new company, this makes the whole process much easier to follow.

A special mention to Venla, who has been extremely helpful, fast and clear throughout the onboarding. She guided me through each step, answered all my questions quickly, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. She also brings a very friendly and positive energy to the onboarding, which makes everything feel more personal and easy to manage.

Overall, very positive experience so far with Neno, and I’m looking forward to continuing working with them.

I had tried to set up a company in the Netherlands before as an expat, and it was quite difficult. Even with B1–B2 Dutch, it’s often not fluent enough for notaries to accept a direct application, which makes the process frustrating.

Working with Neno made a big difference. They provided full support in both Dutch and English, and handled the entire process end-to-end. From BV incorporation to setting up the bank account, accounting, and payroll.

What I appreciated most was that everything is connected in one place. Instead of dealing with multiple providers, they offer a complete setup, which saves a lot of time and confusion.

Communication was clear, responsive, and proactive throughout. They were genuinely interested in making things work rather than just processing requests.
