I switched from my traditional accountant to Neno now over 3months ago. At first I was skeptical but from the moment I became a Neno costumer it dropped. They assign a dedicated person to you for each subject and the responsiveness is extremely fast. Every 5th day after the month has passed all my bookkeeping’s are fully up to date and we create our custom reporting from that. I’m definitely a big fan and let’s keep the pace.

Onboarding with Neno went well overall. The sign-up process was clear, fully digital, and easy to follow. It is also a strong plus that they offer both bookkeeping and payroll services, which makes things much easier for busy entrepreneurs.

One point for improvement: the process took longer than initially indicated, and this was not clearly communicated along the way. A short update during the delay would have made the experience even better.

That said, everything was eventually handled properly, and overall I am satisfied with the service. Great concept, smooth digital setup, and useful support for entrepreneurs.
