I ordered some birthday biscuits for my pooch’s birthday. It was a bit last minute on my part and I posted a message asking if it was possible for them to be delivered to me before Friday. Absolutely thrilled that they went out of their way and hand delivered these today, thank you so much. The biscuits look amazing ❤️❤️

Iced products are cute and inventive, a colourful, seasonal variety of tasty biscuits given throughout the year. Friendly owner, and my dog loves getting things from Nelson's Treats. 🥰 Even if it's just the mini doughnuts!

No reply to my email when I had questions after I had bought it, but able to use the same email to ask me a delivery question. That’s terrible customer service so will not be returning here!!
Did not listen to the instructions I wrote for my cake order, did not include the number!

Tom always smashes it outta the park with his icing skills. He's friendly, easy to talk to about products, etc, and deliveries are well packaged. My dog definitely loves a delivery from Nelson's Treats!

These are brilliant biscuits and every single box we have ordered have been to the same high standard and our pup loves them! Tom is also such a lovely human and incredibly accomodating, with such an eye for detail and willing to try new things.

My dog absolutely loves your biscuits! Every time I open the bag, she would give the biscuit extra sniff. The biscuits are not only super tasty (according to her excited crunching) but also so pretty and cute (especially the limited labubu biscuits)
they look like little treats made with love. I really appreciate the quality and care that clearly goes into each batch. It’s become our go-to biscuit shop. Highly recommend to any fellow dog pawrents!

Customer service is non-existent! I ordered some Easter treats in March, with a dispatch date of 15th April. I was a little worried with this because Good Friday/Easter weekend started on the 18th. I saw that Tom had been unwell with emergency surgery and I offered to cancel my order to take the pressure off of him but he said there was no need. Come the 17th I still hadn’t recieved a dispatch email so I sent him an email, and had my dispatch email the following afternoon, but still to this day (now 1st May) I still haven’t had any response to my email or my instagram messages!! My order eventually arrived on the 22nd April, so after Easter! And 2 of the biscuits were broken!! Highly disappointed in the service and I will not order from them again.

Fabulous personalised birthday cake as always ! The attention to detail is just beautiful, too good for my dog to even eat ! But he very much enjoyed his cake, and it lasts a long time too so it doesn’t all have to be eaten at once. Highly recommend !
