The businesses reply to this review is false, they claim to subcontract for evfastcharging, yet evfastcharging state NDG Technology LTD in the footer of the website.

Since posting this review the business collected the unit which was unopened and promised a refund, that refund hasn't arrived, despite giving the business a chance to respond and send a refund receipt to prove this had been processed they have ignored my communications and not returned the money.

Incomplete installation, re-quoted an additional fee to complete the job whilst onsite, arrived without the relevant equipment no detector to check for cables before drilling, asked if we had polyfilla which we provided and was applied in a appalling manner.

When raising the issues with the "team" we were given fake responses from so called directors, on further investigation of the company, the one registered director was the installer themselves.

Have requested cancelation of the job and put right mess they left behind, however they won't even process a refund for the fully boxed unopened EV Charger.

Hard to explain just how incompetent the business is

The experience that keeps on giving, have requested a refund receipt on numerous occasions as the company claims to have refunded me, no refund has arrived with my bank and instead of a receipt I'm getting strange screenshots and print outs of the business transactions to the payment merchant, unsure whether its incompetence or intentional deception either way more than a month after parting with £700 I've got no refund, no charger and a job that was never completed.

The installation was more complex than initially expected but the team found a solution, which required a bit more work and they stayed long than expected (even on a Friday Afternoon).

Excellent unit and excellent service

Install for an EV charger. Very good fitting. Neat and tidy with no issues on the day of the install. Guys were both very professional. Had to get additional features installed, but checked and the guys preempted regulation change. So very good with keeping up with h&s regs.

Only issue was more to do with the quote. It was agreed at a set price. However, this set price did not include VAT. With the cost of these installs, 20% means a few hundred more. I did look back at the original quote and found that they had printed 'vat not included'. My fault.for not reading the additional text at the bottom of the quote. But I would of preferred that the set price included the VAT so there wasn't any surprises at the end.

Still very much recommend the service. Only reason it isn't 5 star is because of the additional VAT surprise. So worth looking at the bottom of the quote and working out the VAT to know what the full cost will be.

Ordered my charger online and then spoke with Tom Patton who was very helpful, just waiting on the upcoming install on Monday which will of only took just over a week for install which I’m happy with, thanks again Tom for your communications always picking up Emails and the phone.

Alex and team did a great job with my EV charger install. He rang me over the phone and asked details. We spoke a few times over the phone which was great. (Many companies want details through internet form and you can't speak to the electrician directly). When The job was a bit trickier than expected due to our meter and consumer unit locatio and needed a new consumer unit. But he came back second day and completed the work. He was accompanied by his colleague Adam and both work together as a great team.

Installation was done to an OK standard but the communication after receiving our money could not have been worse.
Alex has ignored all email and telephone contacts, we have never received the necessary paperwork including a safety certificate, the official notification of the installation to the county was never done, we are still awaiting our "welcome package" that was apparently sent with the post the day we transferred the outstanding money for the installation.
Overall extremely unprofessional and disappointing service, cannot recommend working with this company. Currently using their installed charger would make my home insurance invalidated because the paperwork is not sorted. Poor Service.

The whole experience was first class from start to finish. The installation was completed without any issues, everything explained and now completes the upgrades that I had planned to enable a more self sufficient electric power supply. I would 100% recommend this crew to anyone who wants to install a home EV point.

Sensible pricing
I had been looking around for the best price for my second charger for quite a while, as the charger I have is only a 3.6kw which doesn't always fully charge my car by the next morning also it is not controlled with an app.
NDG Technology were advertising a wallbox charger with free fitting, so I thought I would take a chance, I paid for the equipment as required using my credit card just in case things went wrong, but I need not have worried as the next day Alex phoned to check a few things before making a date for installation.
On installation day there was a few problems but Alex and Adam worked around them, I had to get the Western Power to fit an isolation switch before connecting the new installation, the guys then came back and connected the installation, then they had trouble with the Internet, the wall box was to far from the router, luckily I found an old netgear booster after they had gone and it is now working fine.
I would certainly recommend this company as there work was clean efficient and they were very abliging, as a retired electrician I could not fault there work.

Excellent service from NDG. Alex kept me informed about installation date and also liaised with the DNO (Western Power). Adam installed the Wallbox and isolator box and was friendly and efficient throughout the process. I fully recommend.
