Very professional, advised of all electrical requirements and reason for them, upgraded consumer unit to suit regulations. NDG has done a very tidy install.

Arrived on time and whilst the job turned out to be a bit more tricky than originally planned due to the location of our new EV charger and potential vandalism, they came up with a brilliant solution and fit the charger quickly and without interruption to our office workers.
Would recommend!

I just want to say that the communication from Alex from start to completion of the installation of EV Chargers at my business was great. Alex & Adam did a great job and left space clean and tidy. Got the job done - overall very happy

The guys installed my charger without any hassle, they were efficient, clean and made a good job of the installation.

Please read the 1 star reviews before even considering this company and save yourself months of stress. I originally ordered a charger & install in February. After chasing them for a response once the order was placed they advised I needed a whole host of changes to my electricity supply before they could install the charger. As a result I requested a refund, this refund was only received as a charge back last month by going through my bank. Prior to this I had emailed and called multiple times and fed varies excuses as to why I hadn't been refunded. I then employed Pod Point to fit my charger who fitted it faultlessly with no changes to my supply needed! I really cannot stress how much I urge you to avoid this company. I never leave reviews however this really is a company to avoid, please take notice.

Adam from NDG was fantastic, from the initial contact to providing updates on the job and providing in-depth advice. Adam visited our home ahead of the an isolator being fitted and then returned at a convenient time when the power had to switched off. Cannot fault the professionalism, neatness and tidiness of the works.

Absolutely awful experience. Pressure sold me into ordering on the basis of getting booked in before my car was delivered, which I did. Then had to chase them for a booking, they got back to me several days later for a booking a week later than originally advertised. Then, a few days before the booking was due they said they could no longer do it unless I got my own energy supplier to fit something new, that my booking date was cancelled until I had sorted this and to come back to them for a new date when I had. At this point I asked for a refund and dealt with the most unprofessional person, referring to himself constantly as the boss and being condescending about his colleagues. This was on the 2nd June. I went back after several exchanges of unprofessional messages calling me frustrated and confirmed I wanted a refund. I was told that this could not be done until the following week due to this 'manager' being away as he was speaking to me, yet there were staff in the office still selling the product and square can be accessed from a mobile phone now. I chased this refund and he confirmed it was processed on the 6th June. I have still not got the refund and he screenshotted me a photo of a refund that was actually processed on the 12th June, saying I owed him an apology when I asked why he had lied about the refund date. Do not use these people they are cowboys! I still await my refund today of nearly £1000.

Had a few problems and delays caused by a lack of earthing to the property so had to get National Grid out, NDG did all this and their diagnosis proved to be correct, Alex fitted a new ground earthing rod and all was well. Alex installed the EV unit after the National Grid came out, he quite correctly would not install it until the property was safe and the test readings were adequate.
They were very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to explain what they were doing and why, (good job as I am very curious), job was neat and tidy, wi-fi set up and Alex went through the app on my phone to show me how everything works.
NDG Technology are definitely recommended.

Had a few problems and delays caused by external issues with our power supply but Alex and Adam did a great job in selecting and installing the EV unit over a couple of visits.
Both very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to explain what they were doing and why, and did a very neat job. Also helped set up the WiFi and App and tested everything before they left.
Would definitely recommend EDG.

Adam was fantastic throughout the process. He answered all my queries which helped me select the right EV charger for my needs. He was also able to fit me in the next day as there was a cancellation. A pleasant experience throughout.

Paid upfront, booked a date and waited on the day (work day so had to have holiday) No turn up, I had to make contact to be told they are stuck on another job, which was some distance away (did they intend to come?) Told they would keep me updated, no I had to contact again, response was very late to say not coming. I requested a refund and have received no reply- make your own mind up.

Alex and his colleague were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and having fit my EV charger Alex walked me through on how it works and the functionality as this is my first ever EV charger. Highly recommended.
