NC mobile is a website I TOTALLY recommend you to buy from. I used to have many issues from other online shops (things were just too expensive, and my account kept getting locked) but NC mobile is amazing and you do not require an account to order something. I bought the BTS earbuds and they literally came 5 days earlier than expected 😭 AND IM LITERALLY OBSESSED. The order was in perfect condition and wasn’t damaged, and I live all the way in Australia. Please trust NC mobile! THANK YOU NC MOBILE I PURPLE YOU 💜💜

I'm a fan of the LG premium phones as a better value alternative to Samsung, plus the sound with the headphone jack and HD DAC is amazing. Sadly there are seem to be no UK sellers of LG now. Even more sad LG is exiting the mobile market. I had been using a Hong Kong version LG-40 with no problems, so was confident that buying a Korean LG-50 would work. Seller dispatched phone immediately. Fedex delivered phone within 5 days. (Seller seems to be using a 3-day service with Fedex and some people seem to be getting their delivery within that time, but I've had some issues with Fedex recently so was happy it got here in 5.) Phone arrived factory sealed and defaulting to the option to set up in English as soon as I turned it on. Phone worked straight away with my existing Three SIM. Heads-up that once you have switched it on for the first time, there are a lot of software updates that come through one after another, so you have to restart multiple times in the first 36 hours, but that has settled now now. All good.

Amazing customer service! First I was worried that it wasn’t real as the prices are really good! I have ordered Galaxy Buds and now my Samsung Z Flip phone and both arrived quickly with full tracking. I had a question so I messaged the owner on WhatsApp and he responded very quickly and was super helpful. I saved around £500 buying my Galaxy Z Flip on here and the Mystic White colour which I now have, is not even available in the UK! Would highly recommend!😁

I orderd 2th of Jun for New mobile phone.
And I was able to receive it in three days...even in Hokkaido. Its incredible delivery speed. Im so satisfied.

My foster son is in awe of his Galaxy buds, I'm sure he would give 10 stars if he could. I have bought numerous buds for him in the past but none that were a good fit, he loves the fact that they stay in his ears and feel comfortable, and I love the fact that at a touch he can cancel out what he's listening to and is able to hear me talking to him.
The service was fab, they arrived on the day specified and packaging was great, definitely deserve the 5 stars and would use this company again.

I happened to buy a phone from this place and little did i know when i got this phone most apps and writing was in Korean it didnt mention anywhere that the apps will be in Korean however email NC mobile and they compensated me with a gift card nice gesture of them.

Really surprised with how quick the delivery was from South Korea, arrived within 3 working days of placing the order! Product as described, brand new, and NCMobile even threw in a free adaptor and pop ring which was really nice. Great new LG Wing at a really good price, thanks so much for the perfect service!!

Honestly was a little nervous buying it from here despite the good reviews because no place was selling bts’ samsung galaxy earbuds besides this one and I never heard of this site before. However it arrived as quickly as they said it would and it’s authentic and works so well. I have nothing but praises.

The process was easy, and transparent. Communication was on point, and my phone arrived within a week. I am so excited for my new phone. At first I paniced when I saw the Korean symbols on my keyboard but just a quick adjustment in the settings and everything is to my liking. So happy with this purchase, and saved over £150!
