J'avais acheté un téléphone sur le site après quelque mois j'avais une panne sur mon téléphone grâce à leur service de qualité j'ai reçu un reperation.

j'avais commandé un téléphone sur le site malheureusement fedex a du perdre le colis mais grâce à leur service j'ai reçu le remboursement totale.

Avec les prix qui sont moins chers sur leur site, je croyais que les téléphones étaient déjà utilisés, après avoir reçu le téléphone que j'avais commandé sur le site le téléphone était tout neuf..

After using the used phones because they are cheaper than the new phones, I decided to upgrade a little bit and buy a new phone. I decided to search on the internet because most Samsung phones are imported in my country, so they are more expensive than buying online. After searching on google I found Nc Mobile, and I purchased a SAMSUNG FOLD 3. The delivery took 5 days, and the phone is new.

Great customer service. Quick response to emails. Very helpful when I needed to cancel my order when I ordered wrong tablet. Very fast delivery. Tablet delivered in 3 days from S. Korea to UK. No extra charges. You pay exactly what’s on website.

Excellent fast, reliable and great value for money! Ordered an S21 online from NZ, paid via Eximbay.kr payment processing site. Shipped same day, got my phone in NZ via DHL 5 days later. Phone is excellent and worked absolutely fine NZ. It had a few Korean apps on it but I was able to uninstall these easily. Thank you NC mobile! Keep up the great work. I will be recommending you to all my friends!

It is written in there website that they will pay custom fees for customers, unfortunately, DHL asked me to pay the fees when it is arrived.
NC mobile customer service issued a refund for me. (Thanks for your support)

I order Samsung s21 last week still not dispatch the phone 20 times email since last week no response and also I call then from UK they answer the call and drop it called again but unfortunately they hanging up how rude is that they mansion best customer service what this is a best service I don't think so if customer is survived struggling with contact later on customer going to fed up and then seeking to cancel the order very disappointed they should care about customer specially international one who trust them and make order

So i am relly relly happy cause the prodokt was sooner her than i thaught. An it was perfekt like nothing was wrong with it and it lookt soo good. Plus there was no other place i could buy it form (maby E-bay but thats tooo expensive) becose it is rare. thanks sry englisch is verrry verrry bad :(

日本からの購入者も多そうなので、日本語で書きます。galaxy s21を注文しました。結論から言うと、注文から２日で届きました。この値段でこの速さには大満足です。

1ヶ月ほど前に別の海外の通販サイトで購入したときは、なかなか発送されず、メールを送っても確認するという文言のメールしか返ってこず、挙げ句の果てには在庫がないからキャンセルするだの言われたので、NC mobileさんのスピード感には驚かされました。
もちろん在庫の有無によって発送の時間が変わるのは仕方ないことですが、NC mobileさんは在庫数が販売画面に表示されていたので安心できました。(本当の在庫数かはわかりませんが、、笑)

They do not respond to emails. Zero replies regarding product queries. I emailed multiple times to both email addresses (their Japanese site has a slightly different email address), received no reply.
I ordered a tablet from a different online shop.
It was more expensive, but I'd like to know who I am dealing with when spending a large sum of money.
