Steven was great, helped us with finding new couches. He even went above and beyond to digitally input the couches on the computer so we could visualise how the couches would look in our livingroom. He was very patient with us as we did a lot of uuming and ahhing when discussing the best sizes of couches to go for. Offered a hot drink when we entered the shop which I thought was a very nice initial approach to potential customers. Not pushy with sale techniques, knew how to speak to customers. Very happy with the service and cannot wait for our new couches to arrive. Would definitely recommend NCF to the people we know.

Tom was great once again. Managed to pick up a great deal as well.

We visited NCF Warrington for the second time recently and Morgan recognised us straight away and even remembered the sofa style and colour combination we were interested in before, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming.

Morgan was very patient throughout the whole process and gave us lots of helpful advice on matching colours and choosing the right combination for our new home. He also explained the sofa features, functions and protection plan very clearly, without rushing us, which really helped us feel confident with our decision.

We had a very positive experience overall and really appreciated the friendly service. If we buy furniture again in the future, we would definitely choose NCF again.

Visited around 4 weeks ago to browse, Just placed my order with Stephen, I truly believe people buy people, after visiting other competitor store I decided NCF was having my business, and it was all down to how I was dealt with, no pressure just genuine customer service.

Ordered my sofa today from NCF Living in Warrington. Very pleased with the level of service and the sofa I have chosen will be delivered in a few weeks time.
Tom looked after me today in store and was friendly and knowledgable.

A beautiful store, with a great selection of furniture. Tom was amazing from the minute we walked through the door. Not pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable. Resulted in a sale! Thanks again

Purchase experience and quality of goods was fine.. no issues there. However the assembly upon delivery, together with the subsequent response from Customer service was substantially below par.
Time line as follows:-
Day 1. Purchase and payment for goods, delivery and assembly. No issues
Day 6 Delivery via associate company was on schedule, however the assembly of the furniture is where the issues start. The gentlemen delivering and assembling the furniture were wearing dirty footwear and proceeded to tramp through the house. They returned to their van several times and left the front door wide open every time, despite a polite request to close the door.
It took them roughly an hour to do the assembly, and everything seemed fine. They tidied up afterwards, which was fine.
It was only after they had left that I noticed the assembly was misaligned, so I rang customer service where I was prompted to send an e-mail, which I did. No response.
Day 7 Chased customer services, spoke with and operative and explained the situation. I was asked to send photos, which I did.
Day 8. I chased again, and was asked to send more photos, which again, I did
Day 12. I hadn't heard anything so I chased them again. I received an e-mail informing me that the goods had been assembled incorrectly, and how to rectify myself! As I had paid for assembly up front I wanted them to either send a professional to resolve, or to reimburse me an appropriate amount and I would undertake to fix the issues myself.
Day 13, I chased again and was told to expect a call later in the day on how they planned to resolve my complaint. Actually, they did call back and told me that someone from the delivery company would contact me to arrange for one of their fitters to visit 'and put things right'
Today, is day 21, and I've again heard nothing.
In my view, ncf living have not fulfilled their part of the customer contract, which is extremely disappointing.
I've just now finished fixing the issue myself.

Following your reply, which unfortunately does not help and comfort me in any way as I am one of those people (and, yes, we do exist!) who completely shun social media, and as such will not respond by that means. I'm not going to provide an order number in the public domain, but I will confirm that the purchase was made in your Warrington store on the 15th April. It shouldn't take you too long to deduce the correspondence trail from that.
