I arrived at the Ncf in Uddingston what a lovely atmosphere when you entered the shop Susan was on hand to show us the great variety of sofas we were looking for a very small two seater for our snug thank for your help and patience

When we stumbled across this store we were met by Susan who was so friendly & helpful.
We liked a table & chairs in there store but were in the process of buying another house so we're unsure of sizes, the lady said if you purchase the product & the sale fall through you will get your money back no problem.
Unfortunatly the sale did fall through & that's when the problems started.
Head office don't answer there phones only to there staff if they call by there mobile phones everything has to be emailed over.
After being having to go in store with proof of our offer we put in for the house by our lawyer then proof of my current address council tax letter. Then wanting proof from the estate agents or lawyer that our offer wasn't accepted.
Numerous emails shop visits plus a call from the Girl Stacey from head office who was so unhelpful & rude.
I really feel sorry for the managers & store staff as they tried so hard to resolve the situation but head office & there girl Stacey were unhelpful.
Eventually I did get my refund but sadly I won't do business with this company again.

Order a sofa last October waited over 16 weeks never received it, went over to the shop numerous times said you need to phone head office but no one ever Answers the phone tried calling 32 times in 2 days no reply, then cancel my order well I thought they cancelled my order but never did then I get the finance company calling me just last week asking about my experience, and that my pay my payments are due to come out in a few weeks (for something I never received) well I told them everything and sent them all the proof as I kept all the phone calls (32 calls in 2 days) which no one ever Answers and found out they NCF had received full payment from the finance company even tho I cancelled it, absolutely shocking this company is still trading. I went across the road to oak land furniture and got a sofa within a 2 weeks of ordering it. DO NOT BUY FROM NCF

I was looking for a sofa for my sons new flat Susan at Uddingston Ncf was a great help and pointed out the sofas that were a quick delivery and fantastic prices we are very happy with our purchase

Susan at the Uddingston store was very polite and helpful we weren’t to sure what style or colour we were looking for but Susan gave us some great advice we are looking forward to getting our new sofa in a couple of weeks
