Well NCF have replied to a previous review stating customer service are assisting us but no they aren’t. You clearly do not know what after sales service is. Expecting my 91 year old mother to cope with this is an utter disgrace.

My experience with Ncf Highgate was superb , Customer Rep TK is very professional with his job , calm and ready to explain all the procedures. He should keep up the good work.

Glossy shop with friendly customer service...thats the good bit. Once we chose our dining table and chair set, the salesman was eager for us to take out 0% credit deal. I wanted to pay upfront but he said "what have you got to lose?"...ran a hard credit search on me thats what! Affected my credit rating negatively. Oversell on finance because they get a nice sum in addition to the sale-very distasteful. Delivery was quick, so was installation but when we tried to get hold of them because one chair fabric was damaged, they didn't want to know. Rang them, no one would answer then took the chair back to store physically but the same salesperson wasn't interested in even looking at it! Told us customer service would deal with it. So we sent emails with pictures several times as requested still every response was "can you send us more photos and videos?". Chair still not replaced 2 months later and I'm tied to a 12 month credit agreement. What a trap. I wish I'd never gone to this store at Highgate when there are so many other reputable shops. These guys are your typical salespeople..dont exist once you've paid the cash. Thanks for nothing Natalie G in customer services...still waiting for you to sort this out. UPDATE: Post review, someone new got in touch from customer service-they offered to pay £29 for the chair worth £139! We declined, So they've agreed to replace the faulty chair finally! ...lets see what happens..

I went in today wasn’t too sure what sofas to go for then Lewis came and did an amazing job helped me decide on the right colour and style of choice, he had an amazing customer service skills . He was very nice and friendly. Thank you for the amazing service Lewis

Amazing experience with Lewis at ncf living such a personable and friendly person with so much knowledge and kindness which he shown us during our experience. Would highly recommend and just made our experience lovely and welcoming.

Usman is a very kind and attentive salesperson. He answered all our questions and guided us towards the products that interested us. Very satisfied.

We went to the Highgate branch in Birmingham looking for a bed. I have struggled to find one I like anywhere. Thanks to Aidan, I found one. He was brilliantly helpful (I wasn't the most engaging person initially as I'd lost interest in trying to find a bed!) but thanks to his help I've now got one. He went through everything, explained about the company (I hadn't heard of them before) and talked us through the various options we had. An overall positive experience that was a lot less painful than I anticipated thanks to his help and friendliness. Looking forward to sleeping in my room in a few weeks time!

Bought a great cinema sofa with the help from Sydney.
Her customer service was great, friendly and super helpful and was thereto listen to our needs and wasn’t to in our faces trying to sell us the sofa which was great and more comfortable.

Reza at Highgate store has been absolutely amazing , friendly & informative not pushy let us look around and helped us get the settee we was looking for ! Will definitely be recommending , thank you

After visiting several furniture stores, we found everything we needed with the help of TK. He acknowledged us straight away, but didn’t hound us. He stepped back and allowed us the time and space to browse freely and then helped us find what we needed. Then stayed behind to ensure everything went through with the deal. Really good experience, and amazing customer service from TK.

Incredible service I came in so unsure having just moved house and TK approached me to offer help get a feel of what I was looking for and not only this I left feeling abit defeated and overwhelmed but I came back 15mins from closing and got my sofa secured. Patience and understanding from him and it was really comforting to know I was being supported. Would 110% come back most definitely an asset to the company. Thank you again!

Went to NCF in Birmingham to purchase a new sofa, we were served by Aiden, he didn’t pressure us or follow us around the store. He was extremely helpful and showed us our sofa in a variety of colours.

All staff were really friendly and welcoming. The store was bright, airy and not over filled.

I would definitely recommend them for your next sofa purchase.
