Kevin was great today, very courteous and informative. We came in to look for Sofas and mattresses, and found the right one. He guided us thru the products quickly and effectively. Looking forward to delivery of my first purchase soon.

Chad @ edinburgh made my purchase a breeze. Was very helpful and explained materials and costs brilliantly. Great value for what we got.

Bought a corner unit and couch from Edinburgh where we had good service we also ordered a side table all seemed fine we were then told the side table wasn’t available until June whereas rest were to arrive by 10th April so the side table was cancelled couch and settee arrived 16th but incorrect corner for corner couch was sent said they would be in contact to send replacement nothing heard back so I rang still don’t have a date here is the ridiculous bit going on to there website I could see the side tables are available for delivery in 7-10 days so asked to pay for 2 and have them sent with replacement wouldn’t entertain that then asked if we go up to Edinburgh 110 mile round trip pay for 2 and go pick them up in store when they arrived but no that’s not possible either this is a ridiculous situation where they have mucked up our order which wasn’t cheap but are not prepared to be helpful when we were going to spend another £400 customer service needs to improve and be more helpful. Still waiting for info when the correct unit is to be delivered.

Had a great experience with morna at NCF LIVING she was very helpful nothing too much trouble purchased a buetiful Suite and Morna had all the information about the product delighted with the service!
