Friendly, knowledgeable staff
I’m recently new to horse riding and with how much I’ve been enjoying it, I decided I’d take a trip to the Rochdale store to get my own gear. For starters as I walked into the store I was welcomed with a warm hello. The store layout was fantastic and also clean!
I had a wander over to look at boots and then a very nice young lady named Sian came to help and after trying a few pairs on I got sorted with some lovely nice long moretta boots. I then had a wander over to the safety department, where she then measured me up and fitted a new hat.
She was helping me for over an hour and there was no rush or pressure, just fantastic customer service.
Thank you so much, very happy customer, I will be returning!

Pony Club Learning
We took a team of members from Saddleworth & District pony club to see and learn about different bits and items of tack. This was in preparation for our area Horse & Pony Care competition. We were made to feel extremely welcome and our members learnt so much in a fantastic environment. Thank you Naylors

Excellent & knowledgeable staff. Really helpful, and patient, especially when my nice was choosing boots; trying three different styles & sizes. It shows when staff use the products they’re selling; experience really comes through. Good, wide, choice of goods & equipment too.

Sam and Nic are always welcoming
Sam and Nic are always welcoming, helpful and have great advice. The store is always clean and tidy, things are easy to find although I always like to go and wander, just in case 😁 As a customer I find it frustrating when items are shown on line, only to visit the store and they arent there. Im guessing the stock is ordered and sent by HQ ? Surely the staff know their customer base better than anyone, each store area is different. Naylors Rochdale, Nic and Sam need to be looked after.

Today i went into the rochdale naylors…
Today i went into the rochdale naylors store to see if i could get a body protector fitted as soon as i walked in the door and abundance of care was shown to me through many hellos and asking if im well and open to all the help if i needed some and the lady that helped fit a body protector for me was so kind and lovely such a caring set of staff

Very poor experience in store today
Visited the rochdale store today to buy feed.
The whole transaction almost happened without the shop 'assistant ' speaking to me. The only words she actually spoke to me were to tell me the price of the transaction. No hello, no exchange at all. I then left the shop with a trolley with 3 bags of feed and by this time another member of staff had joined her and neither helped with the door as i struggled to open it with the trolley.
Very disappointed and surprised with the lack of customer care today and i can see no other way of feeding this back.
