Really lovely experience in store today the young lady that helped us went above and beyond to find boots that fitted my daughter and I. There was no pushing of more expensive items she was an absolute gem

mate i just love this place went in to get some new boots and in 5 mins i had the perfect boots on my feet. have never been more chuffed with a naylors trip in my life and got a cheeky blue light discount aswell. #livelovenaylors proper splendid😍

Excellent customer service from Jayne as always. We travel a long distance to get the expert advice on offer at this store. Really friendly and great customer service as well as a superb knowledge of the products. Great range on offer.

Joanna was brilliant with our 8 year old daughter Eva who was being kitted out ready for her first proper riding lessons. Joanna was very knowledgeable and very patient. Excellent service.

We were served by Jayne who twice consulted or was assisted by Zara.

In terms of Jayne's customer handling - she was faultless and spent a long time with us. She was naturally helpful and an asset to Naylors.

Although Zara's input was limited that is factual with no implied criticism as she too was thoroughly helpful when support was sought by Jayne.

This was our first visit to the store. It won't be the last.

Even though we travelled specially some 60 miles from Shropshire we would revisit as the customer service was superb.

I, as review author, my wife being the purchasing customer, would also commend Jayne's sales approach as she was happy to recommend a cheaper product over a much more expensive product, based on overall suitability of a back protector.

- Little unrelated tip for Naylors staff:

Don't suggest using the nearby café as that was a classic experience of the worst kind of customer care. After ten minutes of being ignored & overhearing bad feeling between staff members, we left unserved.

Not Naylor's fault but resist recommending the café.

Final note:
Store is well-stocked & superbly laid out. Please open a store in Shropshire, preferably South Shropshire near us as Naylor's would do well as there's only one small but good competitor near Shrewsbury.

Ludlow or Bridgnorth would be very successful locations for Naylors.

The staff here were absolutely lovely, and so incredibly helpful, both my mum and I left the shop satisfied with what we came in for, after we have been looking for a helmet and boots for about a year now. Wish we had come to this shop sooner!

Amazing service yet again from Joanna. Always there to advise and assist, nothing is ever too much trouble for this lady. Whoever is in charge of HR, please recognise what an absolute superstar you have working for you. Staff like this are extremely few and worth their weight in gold. Thank you Joanna, it really is a pleasure to be looked after by you.

We visited the store today for my daughter to be fitted for a body protector. We were served by a wonderful lady called Joanne. She was patient, knowledgeable and so very kind. She made our instore experience such a pleasure. Would highly recommend her and the rest of the naylors Nantwich team!!!!

Excellent service from Lucy. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Also very patient let me try lots of different styles and sizes and I was under no pressure to choose or pick one. I did buy the right body protector with Lucy‘s help having bought wrong in the past, I was very appreciative of Lucy‘s help to get the right one.

Was looking for a new body protector and stopped at Naylors Nantwich as they always have a good selection of products. I was helped by a store assistant, Courtney, who was really helpful and patient checking all different sizes to make sure I got the right fit, and Joanna who was also super helpful, thank you so much!

I visited store and was greeted by Jo who gave an outstanding customer experience! She helped me pick the right riding boots and hat, making thorough checks to ensure everything fitted correctly. Jo is an asset to the store and I would recommend her service to anyone visiting. I was then served at the till by Court and Lucy who were also very lovely and polite, great store. Thank you!

Recently I took my granddaughter to get a body protector .
Joanna was extremely helpful in choosing the right type then she took time and patience to make sure it fit well .
Joanna also explained to Ava how everything worked also how to alter it etc .
As I hadn't a clue I found that I was completely happy with the personal , helpful kind lady .

We travel quite far to visit this store because the customer service is so good. My daughter loves riding but we really don’t know a lot about it. I trust Naylors as they are never pushy and will sell you what you need rather than the most expensive item! I’ve also ordered online and their customer service for online orders is just as good. They are very fairly priced as well. We were served by Lucy today, who I must say has the patience of a saint! She went above and beyond to find us the best body protector for our needs and budget and also a new riding hat. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She spent a lot of time explaining what to look out for with the fit as my daughter grows and also safety features. This is why I continue to return to the shop. You can’t get that level of service with an online store. Thank you very much and we will be definitely be back!

Great selection of equestrian gear and fantastic customer service, popped in for some riding socks and the car broke down! It was starting to snow and we were miles from home waiting for recovery - the girls noticed us and came out to offer hot drinks and use of the loo, they were so kind, friendly and thoughtful and checked we were all OK. They really went above and beyond :)

Very pleasant experience! Joanna was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she made sure our grandaugher’s hat fitted perfectly, she also steered us to the correct riding jodhpurs and tops! Both Joanna and Jayne helped to fit the correct riding boots!
All in all every staff member we spoke to was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this store!

Another great fitting by Joanna for our daughter's hat. She's incredibly knowledgeable and really like how she explains what she's doing and why. Would return in a heartbeat to be looked after by Joanna, thank you!
