Super helpful with getting me some boots I usually have a really hard time!

My daughter is returning to riding…

My daughter is returning to riding after a few years, so we needed new hat and boots. Bev was incredibly helpful and patient, and was able to advise on alternatives where our preferred option didn't fit as hoped. We'll definitely visit again

Store closed

Just arrived To collect some horse feed , and a new show jacket however a wasted journey , I thought I must have been early checked the opening times and it says 9am which I thought it was any way but the store is closed … so have had to go some were else of my feed and to find a show jacket. . .

We are sorry that our Cannock store was not open as advertised upon the customers visit. There was an in store issue which was soon resolved allowing the store to open as normal.

We have contacted the customer regarding this directly and hope that we may still be of help in the future to improve on this experience.
