I had a wonderful experience at the nail bar with my daughter’s first time getting her nails done. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient, making my daughter feel comfortable and special throughout the entire process. The salon was clean, stylish, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The nail technician was skilled and attentive, paying close attention to detail and ensuring everything looked perfect. My daughter loved her nails, and it was such a memorable moment for us. I have been coming to Navara Beauty in Milton Keynes for years and won't entertain going anywhere else. They consistently provide a great experience, leaving my eyebrows looking fresh and natural every single time.I walked in without an appointment between 5pm and 6pm. It was a quiet time, but the salon was still fully staffed, and I was greeted warmly on arrival. I asked to have my eyebrows tidied up and was offered a clear choice between waxing or threading, and I decided to add a tint as well.The lady who looked after me was fantastic. Throughout the process, she kept asking me to check the mirror step-by-step to ensure I was completely happy with the shape. The end result was brilliant. The dye always appears a little darker than asked for initially, but I know from experience it settles perfectly after a couple of days. Highly recommend!

I've visited the Wellingborough branch and the staff were very nice and informative, the treatment (I had my hair, nails and feet done) was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

Been coming to navarra woking for years great team of ladies, I swear by this place really reasonably priced ,and excellent services provided ,feel revived when I leave ,I have waxing nails pedicure threading eye lash tint and lift ,and the massage is excellent ❤️

Not at all happy with the service, i make my daughter haircut, staff is very rude. i dont like at all i remember her name as Jaspreet.

No problems with my appointment, efficient staff and a lovely space. Was a bit taken-aback by the bluntness of reception. I said I'm here for an appointment. They responded 'for what' - can you go upstairs. Customer service could be better.

Visited Navara in Wellingborough. Staff are always happy and helpful and the salon is clean and inviting. Hair cut as always was excellent - can't recommend Mel highly enough and won't ever let anyone else cut my hair.Reasonable pricing and a great service.

What a waste of time and money! I'm not from Milton Keynes, came for a day trip and my partner wanted to treat me to get my nails done. I only had 1 hour which is usually, in my experience more than enough time for a full set. I explained to the gentleman on reception that I could not wait and did not have any longer than an hour and he assured me this was fine ( I would have happily gone else where as I had no booking). After an hour an 15 mins, only one of my hands had nails and acrylic, not shaped no polish. The nails are so thin that both of my thumbs broke the next day. The acrylic work itself is terrible and all over my nail beds. For this experience with no polish and broken nails within 1 day, I paid £30. Do not waste your time or money.

I had my threading done by Pram the other day, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s precise, gentle, and really attentive to detail. The whole experience was quick, comfortable, and the results were perfect. Pram has such a calm and professional manner. Highly recommended!
