Die liefern das Armband viel zu groß - obwohl so Maß genommen, wie vorgegeben.
Anstatt das Armband dann in der gewünschten Länge zu liefern, canceln sie einfach einseitig die Retoure.
Ganz schlechter Service. Statt dessen gaaanz viele Ausreden und völlige Ignoranz des Kunden.
Am Ende habe ich nichts erhalten aber 50 € Porto bezahlt.
Niemals wieder werde ich mich von denen betrügen lassen.

We are sorry we could not have one made one more customer happy. As mentioned in my reply to you, we are not Amazon, we are a small business. And since you unilaterally changed the COUNTRY of delivery from Spain to Germany and charged that change to our DHL account (for which we said nothing and did not send you any invoice to pay the extra cost that we had to pay ourselves to DHL for your initial order), we cannot afford to also absorb the cost of shipping for the exchanged bracelet (which was actually lower than the DHL extra fee for the country change). Since that was unacceptable to you, we went ahead and refunded you the initial bracelet. Not sure what else we could have done. Again, I am sorry about the whole situation. We do our best (like replying within minutes to all the many emails we got from you and accepting a return after the 30 days mentioned in our return policy), but our best was not good enough this time, so we totally deserve your 1 star review.

Hi, Adam, your order was shipped on 22.05 and has left Croatia on 24.05 (as it shows on the USPS tracking number we provided to you). It is now in transit. As mentioned when you chose this shipping method, it can take up to 25 working days (so it can arrive towards the end of June). We also mention on the shipping policy page that those are estimates and sometimes it can take more. We do offer DHL shipping im 2 working days, so if time was of the essence, you had the option to choose that. We are sorry you felt the need to leave us such a poor review. Hope you will reassess once you receive your order ❣️
