Disgraceful company, if you want to spend a lot of money on a camera that lasts 13 months, these are the people for you.

Are you just making things up now? Where did I state I expected a 6 year warranty? I expect goods to be sufficient quality and in relation to the cost of the item, in line with my consumer rights. An expensive camera should work beyond 13 months without it completely failing.
I did not state the camera was 'awful' another lie!
I said it's extremely poor quality, I said a £10 amazon camera is superior and it's not fit for purpose.

Outstanding after sales customer service. Had an issue with a trail cam which was 2 years old and was resolved to my complete satisfaction very quickly by Alice. Highly recommended for the trail cams etc but also for briliant customer service.I will certainly buy from them again.

I have purchased several cameras from NatureSpy over the years. This amazing and friendly team of people have always provided speedy and succinct advice both before and after purchase. I recently ran into an issue with a trail camera and Alice's friendly response and action surpassed all my expectations. Their trail cameras are competitively priced with personal reviews from the team, and furthermore all profits go towards their work for animal conservation. I would not purchase my trail cameras from anyone else. Thank you for your excellent customer service and all the fabulous work that you do for animal conservation.
A FIRST CLASS SERVICE
I film wildlife as a hobby. During the past 12 months I have upgraded my trail cameras, which I have sourced from Naturespy.
When researching my options I contacted Naturespy with a few questions about products. I received timely helpful and personal replies. As a result I purchased a new camera from them.
Since then I have returned and made additional purchases.
After a few months, one camera developed a fault, which was a factory issue. Naturespy replied immediately and liaised with the manufacturer. A replacemt was sent out within a few days. There was absolutely no quibble about the warranty.
I couldn't be happier with the personal service I have received from knowledgeable people.
I will continue to use Naturespy in the future and would highly recommend them.
Excellent Product & After Sales Service
We recently released a young male hedgehog into our garden following his rehab at a tiny wildlife rescue charity my partner fundraises for. While there is no guarantee that hoggie will stay around we decided to buy a WiFi Wildcam 2 from NatureSpy to track his nocturnal activities, and those of other wildlife visitors.
Delivery was quick, price was great, but the real value was in the post sale support from Felix this week.
After initially mounting the camera, we had a minor problem with the ball and socket bracket. Felix readily agreed to provide a replacement (this should arrive within next 24 hrs) and he then went on to provide some set up fine tuning tips for the app. His email responses were detailed, friendly and prompt.
As a result we're very happy with our NatureSpy experience and just hope hoggie settles safely into his hog house for the winter.

Great cameras for the price.
We had an issue with one that we bought recently and contacted Naturespy. The responses were the same day (some within minutes) and when their suggested remedies didn't work it was immediately replaced.
Will definitely shop with them again.

Excellent after sales support 18 months after I bought a camera, really helpful on what turned out not to be an issue with the camera but in fact SD Card that got corrupted in my PC. Above and beyond support from Alice when it wasn't even there issue. This follows previous excellent support. I really hate being asked for feedback usually, as it's usually meaningless. I should point out I wasn't asked for feedback, but thought in this case it warranted a proactive feedback. Excellent business keep.up the great work.

We are absolutely delighted with our bird feeder spy camera - superb clarity and easy to use.
I have to say that the after care service we received from Naturespy was absolutely brilliant. We had a small issue (our fault, not theirs) and the girl I spoke to could not have been more helpful and resolved it immediately. If only more companies looked after their customers as well as they do. Top marks from us!

Different but worth a try!
I bought my first camera from NatureSpy in April unfortunately the Browning camera didn't work properly. It was promptly replaced. The replacement was everything I expected and works perfectly. The only criticisms I have are that it doesn't have a 24 hour clock and the date format takes some getting used to. More expensive than the ones I've been used to but I think worth the money and effort!

Very pleased with all the products and service we’ve had from NatureSpy in the last few years. The little cameras they’ve developed perform well in their price range, and the picture quality is excellent. We’ve contacted them a couple of times with questions and always received prompt, helpful responses. We like that they are non-profit and really care about nature.
Very rapid resolution of issue with camera
We were bought a Browning Recon Force Elite HPS as a gift in late 2022 and it was used in all weathers in an exposed position in the garden for about 6 months. After that point, it started to show some fogging on images. I brought the camera inside to dry out over Winter. Sadly, it didn't work at all once redeployed outside - screen green-only in appearance after multiple attempts to reboot. Luckily we had the receipt and having e-mailed details of the issue -> receipt + photo of display sent, I was issued with a replacement within 48 hours! Ok, I will keep an eye on the new one when using it but the follow-up advice from personnel at NatureSpy was very helpful (and honest) also. There are a few negative reviews here but my advice as always is try and resolve the issue amicably first with some evidence of what's wrong. The level of customer service here is WAY ahead of that I have encountered in many other business areas.

I bought a trail camera just over a year ago and over the last week it developed a series of lines on the lower half of the screen. It still took images but setting it up was very challenging because the screen was compromised.
I contacted NatureSpy and really honestly nothing was too much trouble, I didn’t realise the camera was covered by a 2 year warranty but Gemma informed me it was. She requested a couple of images of the details of the device and the fault and has subsequently organised a replacement to come out asap.

Camera arrived the next day and unfortunately was faulty.
Contacted NatureSpy, they responded immediately and on investigating the issue dispatched a replacement within 24 hours at no extra cost.
Excellent customer service
Original purchasing experience was great, easy to set up and great results. After almost a year had an issue whereby the Wildcam 2 failed.
The customer support was fantastic and the camera was replaced under warranty.

Bought my NatureSpy Wildcam2 last year and am delighted with it. Connected through wifi to my ipad, I can watch my hedgehogs happily munching and drinking, from the comfort of my sitting room. I had a couple of issues to begin with, and contacted the support team who were wonderful, and replied with step by step help instructions almost immediately. I cannot rate their service highly enough (or the camera) and this is not the norm with other companies. I would definitely recommend.

Short battery life and every time you recharge there’s a huge saga to reconnect the device to wifi. Even once reconnected it will frequently disconnect and remain offline for hours with no means of prompting it to reconnect. Not fit for purpose - no issues with our wifi and reportedly ‘80% wifi signal’ when it does decide to connect.
Tech support told me to switch it off and on again - I’m 27 not 75.
Phone number at the bottom of the ‘tech support’ email takes you to an automated message saying that tech support is email only.
Disappointing.

Great Service
An important measure of a business is how they support customers after sale. My Browning trail camera had a problem in its first year. Naturespy offered fast support and gave me advice to try and resolve. Unfortunately over time it was clear that all was still not right and I made contact by email which was answered next day by Harry. The offer was made to replace the camera under warranty without further delay and 2 days later I received a replacement in the post. What a pleasure it was to deal with the team at Naturespy. Highly recommended.
