So glad I found NatureSpy and their awesome products. I have been a user of wildlife cams for decades in Africa and England. I recently bought the WildlifeCam 2 (WiFi enabled). I love the fact I am no longer fetching SDCards. I now view everything immediately on my phone - having more live experiences. The camera quality is superb and the physical product and app is of a great quality and easy to setup and use. Loved it so much after 2 days I purchased the WiFi BirdCam Pro. Love it, love it, love it and really taking my birding to new levels of enjoyment with the AI functionality.

Quick service, camera received the following day after ordering and was well packaged. The camera (Helarctos Solar) was easy to set up and operate and has so far after a week using performed well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I’ve had the Wildlife Cam 2 for 3 months now. Although customer service is quick to respond, the technical issues are frustrating. The WiFi connection is unstable and often drops out, and the camera struggles significantly with the UK weather. The screen mists up in cold and damp conditions, leaving me with nothing but blurs for videos and photos. Even with better airflow which the company suggested and putting saliva on the screen, the condensation remains a problem. Disappointing performance for anyone living in a damp area like Lincolnshire."

I bought a WildlifeCam 2 a while ago to keep an eye on my hedgehog visitor. I have been very pleased with the quality of the recordings and the camera itself.
Unfortunately, it has recently stopped recording for some reason. I emailed the support team for some suggestions. Within a very short time I received a response from Felix giving some suggestions to remedy the issue. After a few emails with further suggestions he concluded that there was potentially an issue with the memory card. He promptly sent a replacement card which I have now received and it has solved the problem.
The quality of a business shows through in how they deal with customer issues and I can recommend 100% NatureSpy and in particular Felix.

I’ve bought two cameras from Naturespy in the past and they are both amazing for capturing birds in their own way. Two years ago I bought the wi-fi Wildcam 2 camera, this is attached to the side of my shed and focussed on the bird feeders in the trees. The birds don’t notice and I can watch them without disturbing. This year, I bought the WiFi Birdcam Pro, I call it my box camera. Different way of filming the birds as with this camera, they come right up onto the feeder in front of the camera. You can see all the feathers and colours so clearly. Today, a woodpecker came to feed on the sunflower hearts that are always in there. He stayed for some time and his colours were truly amazing. Both cameras are very easy to set up, maintain and link to iPad. I’m not good with technology but these were so easy to install and use. I would recommend either of these cameras and I don’t think that you would be disappointed. Shame I can’t add the woodpecker video. Money well worth spending and gives hours of pleasure.

Had an issue with a camera that was nearly a year old.
Phoned up and was given some checks to make. Concluded that there was a problem with the camera and a replacement was sent out immediately. What great service. If only other companies were so obliging. Will certainly recommend them to friends wanting to buy a field camera too.

Absolutely brilliant company. Ordered afternoon, and camera arrived next day. Set up within 10 minutes. UK company with English manual (not Chinese translation) . Very simple to use. Will be keeping an eye to see if they add any other brilliant items.

I had an issue with a trail camera I’d bought about 18 months ago, where the screen had developed a problem making it unusable. Nature Spy were quick to respond to my initial email about it with advice, and when it became clear it had developed a fault they replaced it with a newer version straight away. I’m very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for wildlife filming equipment.

I bought a NatureSpy Wildcam 2 as a Christmas present for my husband and I’m so glad I did. It was easy to set up and the solar panel means it seldom needs charging. We set it up to record at night as we didn’t need to see every pigeon and starling that visits our garden in the day but really enjoy watching the hedgehogs and fox who visit our garden at night. The company were very quick to respond to emails and provided helpful advice about the product.

Purchased the Helarctos Solar Trail Camera and was very pleased with its performance, build and reliability . I had a small problem which in the end was down to my knowledge but the team at Naturespy were nevertheless very helpful and understating and the problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Particular thanks to Alice for her quick response.

I would have given no stars if I could. To start with, it is worth noting that there are ZERO bad reviews published on the NatureSpy website, demonstrating the disgrace of an outfit selling the cameras…fortunately they do not control all review sites. The oddly named NatureSpy BirdCam ‘Pro’ is extremely disappointing, woeful design at every turn, and lacking any technical thought, care, or professionalism. This ridiculous effort provides only Windows media video recordings, so requires a Windows computer to view captures, or the technical know how to convert the media. Depending on the settings, the camera will record 10 second clips, which then need to be posthumously joined. It also quite bizarrely only allows just ONE media file at a time to be transferred from the camera to a device without removing the memory card, which if mounted at height is not an easy process. I even had to write a comprehensive piece of software to convert all the Windows files to a universal MP4 format, and join them all together. If you want to power the device from the mains, you’ll need a right angle usb-c socket, which will need to be a specific size to fit the input socket, or it will not stay in. I had to cable tie mine in place, which then makes it difficult to remove the memory card. The device is also very difficult to clean as it does not disassemble easily. The in built squirrel alarm does nothing whatsoever, as proven by the daily visits from a squirrel for anything up to 30 minutes at a time, and the siren not sounding ever! The camera has gone randomly mental and had to be reset a couple of times. The software for the camera is awful, it is not at all intuitive, and offers little to make managing the device easier, on the contrary, the software could not be much worse. I have had the camera for SIX months, and in that time there have been zero software updates, even though the company selling the camera know full well that updates are desperately needed. The company are extremely careless, as having been advised of the many issues, the Director couldn’t even be bothered to communicate, and just issued a refund as a poor attempt at a solution! In short, this is an expensive and very poorly designed Chinese gimmick. As is demonstrated on here, anything but glowing customer feedback is clearly unwelcome. Take note of the other bad reviews published here, and the outrageous responses from the Director, who even has the unbelievable audacity to remark on users only leaving bad reviews, or expecting the item to work beyond the warranty period, and even saying that a customer is ‘getting silly now’ and they don’t know what the customer expects! How about taking a good look at yourself, placing yourself in the customers position, and thinking, what would you think if you spent £150 on a pile of cheap Chinese rubbish that was poorly designed! Just wise up man, contact your supplier and demand that they address at least some of the issues! And just to emphatically prove my point, the company responded to my original review using my full name, being a vindictive and gross abuse of my right privacy. I have had to delete my review and repost it. They claim to 'support' but they did NOTHING! They claim to welcome honest, constructive feedback... really?? The facts do not support that claim. And, the director seriously believes I have a fixation on him, but he actually needs to wise up and get over himself, he's really not that special! All I asked for was for him to take tangible responsibility.

I was looking for a new trail cam and came across Naturespy and chose the Helarctos solar powered camera. The website was clear and informative with excellent camera reviews and examples. I paid for the aforementioned unit and it arrived the next day along with a 64gb card included, so far I have only tried it in the garden but the quality is excellent, very pleased

I have to say I wasn't quite sure what to expect with my new NatureSpy camera however it is so easy to set up and the result are pretty amazing for somebody who is a complete novice. The solar panel keeps the battery charged and the ability to remote access the unit when it is fairly inaccessible is very useful. Very please with my purchase!

My camera was received in a couple of days and was very easy to set up. The picture quality is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this camera. However there is one small thing that was not helpful. The instruction manual is written in such small typeface I needed a magnifying glass to read it, not easy, when trying to play with the buttons on the camera at the same time. Please increase the font size!!

Great little camera and tripod for watching Hedgehogs. Easy to set up and great image quality. App is straightforward and makes watching recorded videos quick and easy to access. Battery life is very good too. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely buy again.
