Keep your hands away from this company, they are scammers. I ordered catnip oil, it said on the package but the content was lemongrass oil

I wrote various emails and complained in watsapp, never received a response and was completely ignored

Bad customer service. They just stopped answering me, completely ignoring me!

FAKE!!! I took a chance because the prices were suspiciously low, well, I should have known. This company will only be scamming me once. I have the real thing at home to compare, and these oils were either stretched with a rancid smelling carrier oil or did not have the accurate scent at all and just smelled rancid. BUYER BEWARE. The good reviews have to be paid reviewers. Never again.

Scam Artists!

I was promised documentation on the EO's I purchased, but they never sent them.

They were very communicative until immediately after I ordered and asked for the back up documents. Then they ignored me.

They also make you think they ship out of New York: they do not! They ship everything from India

And finally: the oils I received for SO blatantly FAKE! Horrible, horrible stuff - some of it looked and smelled like engine oil.

I disputed the transaction with PayPal and got most of my money back.

Stay FAR, FAR AWAY!

(Notice the only “verified reviews” are the 5 star ones) one guy says he makes stuff in Israel but you look at the review and the location says it’s from IL, US so you know it’s fake. Horrible scam company. The oils are fake. I got a custom carrier oil blend and It smelled like chemicals. Put it on my arm to test and it burnt my arm. Tried to dispute with PayPal and they were no help and wanted me to return the oil to INDIA! Would have been more expensive than what I paid! The positive reviews are fake. Trust everyone that’s saying this company is a scam!

I was initially impressed with the professional site, the competitive pricing, the easily visible CoC and accreditation documents and the regular shipping updates however this is where the positive experience ends. The Kakadu Plum oil arrived and was clearly fake. I've had this oil before and this is not it. The scent is overwhelmingly synthetic. In my experience natural oils do not smell like Vimto. Tried to contact the company but, surprise surprise, no response. Anybody doing due diligence on this company hopefully you'll read this before parting with your hard earned money.....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!

First lets give the devil his due. The delivery time was legendary. Considering that the shipment was sent from Delhi, and it took 3 working days to get the package. I thought it would ship from US since the website gave the impression that it is a US based company. I did not expect that short delivery time anyhow. The package itself looked nice, like the website. Although..

As most users have reviewed earlier the products are fake. I am pretty sure one of the bottles I ordered contained some kind of petroleum. I tried using it to "clean" the bottles, to my surprise all the text from the labels vanished with it. None of the bottles smelled like the stated essential oil should - I had real ones to compare with. No way in hell I would let anybody use that. Had to dispose of all of it.

What oils I ordered does not matter because they were all fake. After reading previous reviews I am not even going to bother requesting a refund. I am going to report the company to the European Commissions Anti-Fraud Office though. I suggest others do the same for their region.

Indians already have a bad reputation, and this company sure isn't making it any better. Still, I'm glad I didn't order any larger quantities. But I can say with 100% certainty I won't be having anything to do with India again.

Fraudulent company for what they claim to be absolutes ect.. I bought 3 batches... What a waste of money... Mangosteen stink like hell and mimosa smell like alcohol diluted...I Bought absolutes, essential oils, carrier oils and watermelon hydrosol that do not even smell like watermelon... All frauds... People, don't buy from this company... You going to throw the oils away and loose your money... I think they hijacked some else's (maybe the original company is in America) products, maybe buying even from that company, dilute the real thing to scratch and then sell it at a cheap price as they are advertising...

I have to admit I was surprised at how inexpensive their essential oils are. I have seen companies in the past that sold very cheap essential oils at these prices that were actually synthetic knock-offs. But due to their a lot of positive reviews, I decided to give a try and to my amazement, all the product I ordered actually are actually pure and of good quality. I got the GCMS testing reports of three of their oils - Vetiver, Blue Cypress and Frankincense - to confirm their authenticity. All reports came out clean. Really happy to find them - the brand is reliable, professional, and simple.

Przed zakupem zawsze czytam opinie i szczerze mówiąc po tych negatywnych długo się nie mogłam zdecydować czy dokonać zakupu u tego sprzedawcy. Cena kusiła ale przy polskich możliwościach finansowych to wcale nie było mało. Ale zaryzykowałam i nie żałuję, ponieważ albo miałam szczęście i trafił mi się dobry produkt albo faktycznie produkty są bardzo dobrej jakości. Zamówiłam 3 absoluty. Oczywiście każdy z nich testowałam na własnej skórze - dwa wypadły fenomenalnie ale do jednego mam zastrzeżenia jeśli chodzi o trwałość. Nie będę pisać który, ponieważ każdy ma inny nos i opinie są subiektywne. Niezależnie od jakości tego jednego absolutu uważam, że firma zasługuje ma 5 gwiazdek. Bardzo szybka wysyłka, bardzo dobrze zapakowany towar. Podatki celne w Polsce duże ale całościowo i tak się opłacił zakup.

Scam company... Trash in a bottle. Selling adulterated/fake essential oils and claiming them to be pure, organic, cold-press etc.. Their previous Trustpilot page is searchable, and they have changed their company name to "NIB". Avoid at all costs. Surprised they are still "online", they are based in New Delhi, India...
