Counsellor perspective: Well this was a fabulous experience for me in asking the right questions during a sales pitch. Sales bloke does a big spiel about how they're the oldest directory in AU for clinicians and worth the $60 a month (triple the cost of PsychToday) because they have complimentary content services and an amazing support team. How about one of the worst support teams I have ever come across. Highly recommend you get some mentoring from the PsychToday team and local aus startups such as HNRY. I will probably get a quicker response from this lot on here because it is public facing. I am now down $60.00pm locked into a contract for a year, two day cooling off period is intentional in that it does not allow for a chance to determine whether or not you need to cool off in the first place. Content team took ten days to fill out my profile, support team never responded when I complained. BAD BAD BAD organisation. Taking the mickey out of practitioners new to private prac during a mental health endemic, with a sales pitch full of completely false service offerings (surely that breaks some kind of consumer law?). I guess for those of us who have lost $$$ it's some over priced backlinking to our websites for the next year. As stated in the classic film Happy Gilmore; GET. ME. OUTTA HEREEE. But seriously. How do I cancel my subscription and kiss my money goodbye? NTP you are one of the worst.

I’m so furious right now. Like others on here auto renew was NEVER discussed. Michael rang me frequently and I eventually caved stating I would be happy to TRIAL it for a year.

Suddenly this month I am $700 in the red on my credit card, no email, no invoice, NOTHING.

I’ve been on the phone on hold for an hour, sent emails and left messages. Eventually I speak to someone OS who informs me I’m out of the cooling off period and there is nothing I can do. He was very much “too bad, how sad”

I never received terms of conditions nor was auto renew even discussed. This company gives the wellness industry a terrible stain.

I will go to my bank and fight the charge given they could care less.

In addition, I got ZERO BUSINESS from the site, never had any follow up of any kind either.

I enquired about establishing a NTP listing to advertise my private practice as an allied health practitioner. NTP called me 2-3 times a day for weeks, when I didn't answer the first time they would call a few more times from different extensions. There was no option to organise things online or via email, I was forced to complete the entire transaction over the phone which felt abrupt and pressured. I elected not to proceed with a subscription as this approach made me feel so uncomfortable. They also made some claims over the phone that did not sound right to me, including that they are the leading online listing service for mental health professionals in Australia. They also only provide a 12 month subscription option payable monthly or annually. I feel there are better options that are more flexible and less pushy.

I am a counsellor, and it is difficult to update details on this site and another thing is that no one really knows about this site so that clients can contact me. I will not be renewing when the contract expires. Waste of time, money, energy, and a poor experience. In general terms, it is a rip off, so do not waist your time attempting to advertise your business on this site because it gets you no where.

These guys auto billed me 12 months after i signed up. I remember speaking to the lady asking not to be auto re subscribed but they took $375 out of my bank account. I contacted them regarding this.... silence. Avoid.

I have been a member of the UK website from this company. In the last year the website has stopped functioning so you can't update properly, and there are no statistics available any more (so no way of knowing if it's working for you. Queries from potential clients don't come through to my email either. I received a renewal email with no invoice attached as stated (so I didn't know where the money was being taken from and couldn't cancel it) and the link to my profile also included in the email didn't work. I emailed the company to ask how to cancel and why the site wasn't working and received no reply. They took the payment anyway, and so far haven't replied to my request for a refund either, despite stating on the website that they'll reply to any email within 3 working days. You're paying for a service that is non-existent.

I'm a hypnotherapist and was contacted to sign up to the website to advertise my services. I wasn't contacted once by a potential client in the 12 months that I was signed up. I have an identical profile on other sites and have had a good response rate so I know it wasn't just to do with my profile.

I thought that was the end of it but last week I was charged £120 through Paypal without knowing anything about it - I wasn't emailed or alerted in any way.

I've called several times and the line just goes dead. I've also emailed and not having much success there either. Looks like I'm going to struggle to get this money back - BEWARE!

The company I contacted via Natural Therapy Pages - Abundant Health & Vitality Clinic - never responded to my enquiry.

I serve as a holistic therapist and decided to try the NTP to promote my services. It didn’t work at all for myself. I tried to get a refund but they have a three day cooling period so I couldn’t anymore - fair enough, this was last year.

NOW, after one year, I was just charged $700 for my account since I never said yes to have their services again and they were notify that I was not happy. I have an email to prove it.

I was never notify that I was going to be charged for it.

It has been three days that I am trying to get it solved but it seems like they are not really interested in it by only interested to take my money that I work again to create.

Did you go trough something similar? Would love to exchange experience?
So disappointing with the lack of integrity going around businesses.

Hi, I requested one organisation to contact me, and got 50 or more emails over several days that I could NOT unsubscribe from. I just wanted to warn others...!

I signed up as a business owner, only to realise you get locked into a 12 month subscription that you can't get out of after 3 days.

I've had nothing but spam and cold calls from people trying to sell me.

I'm in business, I get that selling is important... but I didn't sign up to this tool to be cold called.

And now I'm stuck paying $59 a month for the rest of the year because even if I'm not happy with it, I can't get out of it.

You can't design your own site, so it looks like a classified and you have very little creative control.

Better to spend that money on ads on social media.

Plus there are plenty of better platforms out there that don't trap you.

Not a great experience considering the amount charged for a subscription. We had the issue last year when we signed up and told them we wouldn’t continue after that year (they refused to return our money even though it wasn’t long after we signed up) they have again taken $699 today when we told them we wouldn’t continue last year!!
And to top it all off we don’t even come up on the first 3 pages in a search!! I better get my money back!
Don’t recommend at all.

Staff is very helpful and supportive for the current allied health practitioners’ situation.
I appreciate the flexible arrangement of the membership.

I cancelled my subscription in 2020 and each year I have been charged again and had to try and contact the company to cancel. I have emailed again this year and had no response. I have tried to call and there are people laughing and talking on the other end of the line.
