Once again I write a review of this…

Once again I write a review of this company.I received a letter in July 2O23 from the tax office saying they had sent a cheque to NATIONWIDE PPI for £500 + and to day which now March 24 I have never received a penny. Got in touch with the Tax office and they said the chrque had been cashed ( well not by me) . So I can only think they are load of scammers .They did get in touch with me and asked me to send details of the Tax Office letter,which I did, never got a reply.

I have emailed you regarding a call back from you as you have recieved yet another two cheques from HMRC and you have not been in contact with me regarding my settlement. I have already emailed so please can i get a call back??

Terrible company scamming vulnerable people!!!!
Discussed their ‘offer’ with my dad via the phone; no email or paperwork sent for him to sign to act on his behalf. Said their fee is £50. HMRC paid them the owed tax over £700 and after a lot of chasing they paid my dad only half of this! Emails have been ignored since payment sent. Noticed that they always reply to reviews on here saying email their email address- but this is pointless because I have and had no reply!
Total scam! reported as fraud!

however i have checked our inbox and can see all the emails have been responded back too

All our fees are stated at the time of a claim being stated and are also stated in the documents that are electronically signed via our signing platform.

We do grant all our clients a 14 day cooling off period should you be unhappy with any of our terms and conditions should you wish to cancel

If a claim is not cancelled with nationwide ppi advice and then becomes a successful claim then our fees will be deducted as per our contract agreement

Don’t deserve one star

Don’t deserve one star. Waited a year for money. No updates from them, blamed everyone but themselves when questioned about it. Now paid cheque in and it’s bounced

Just a little update to demonstrate this companies incompetence. After re sending cheque they have now spelt my name wrong and it can’t be cashed , again. Angry and raging just don’t describe how I feel about this company. Please don’t use them

Nationwide PPI steal your money

yes they also contacted HMRC even though I told them not to. HMRC sent them a cheque which is supposed to be a tax refund to me, and Nationwide PPI have never told me they got the cheque. They have basically stolen my tax.

Scammers don't deal with them

Once again I'm writing a review of this disgusting company as my previous reviews seem to get deleted. I was informed in September last year I was receiving a refund from hmrc that was being paid to nationwide ppi it is now February and surprisingly I've not had my money as nationwide ppi at this point just seem to have decided they are keeping it for themselves like thieves. Don't waste you're time trying to correspond with this company as they never answer the phone and the only time you can get in contact with them is when they reply to these reviews were twice now I've had them email saying that they need my details to complete a bacs transfer. The first time they said I did not send the details which I did as I have the emails saved. The second time they emailed to say they had received the setails and that the money would be transferred in 5 working days you'll be shocked to hear that was 2 weeks ago and still no money. So my advice to anyone is don't get involved with this company and they will just steal you're money. Also to anyone at nationwide ppi who will probably read this I'm now going to contact the relevant authorities to report you're devious behaviour

Trust pilot keep removing

Trust pilot keep removing. Hmrc and action fraud been notified about these people and yes I do.have documents and a letter demanding money back to hmrc for what you claimed I owed.

NWPPI I have been in contact with hmrc and sent them all the details that they needed and questioned why they sent you money which they say I wasn't owed. Maybe you could answer on here how you are able to claim tax from people who arnt owed any tax.

This company are unbelievable, I had to contact them for an update regarding my claim even though they received it from HMRC weeks prior. In order to claim your £50 admin fee you have to leave a review on here

I was contacted by phone in august 2022…

I was contacted by phone in august 2022 by a lady who said they had dealt with my PPI and that I was due quite a large amount of PPI tax refund and all I needed to do was sign the docusign and I would get a refund in 4-6weeks time lol still no refund, I have requested a SAR after speaking to HMRC had nothing I have asked where I make a complaint no reply, I have rang the 0161 number and left messages but had no reply, people dont trust them fake, scam maybe fraud, REPLY I have emailed 20 + times I DO NOT GET A REPLY I HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES on the0161 Number and have never received a call back To Subject Sent Size Categories

Ref Natiowide PPI Advice after writing a review of this company on here I was contacted by email and Nicola confirmed they had received a payment from HMRC and promptly issued a cheque and had now been cleared this is now the end of the matter, HMRC have been contacted and no further communication will take place regards to my personal tax affairs

Disgusted…

I have just received my refund less 33.3% and a £50 admin fee which means they taken well over half .I've emailed them but they are nit I retested as I would like the admin fee returned to me as I was not told anything about admjn fee and didn't even know who this company were until HRMC told me

Stay clear

Poor they called as I was driving and said it was for a ppi that’s was in June. In December I had problems with my tax code I logged onto the hmrc platform to find messages from October saying they paid this company 716.92 the number hmrc gave me for the company does not work. HMRC can not remove them from my file either trust me I tried. Got hold of them through a email and found the document I signed where tax wasn’t marked off. I receive a cheque finally for 430.44 but now have to go to the bank as it couldn’t be cleared for some reason. It’s very stressful and can break anyone mentally even those who are normally strong.

This company called me in June 2023

This company called me in June 2023, I filled in their form and sent it back. I was told I am due over £1000 for being miss sold a vehicle. They have been paid from HMRC but did not send me my money. They ignore emails and calls.

People do NOT use this company. All reviews are bad.

File a civil claim against them instead for fraud.

The company has responded asking me to email them at said email address in the reply from them.

I sent an email on the 6th January and then again on the 16th January. They have not responded.

I will send another and update in due course.

False IP Address !

IP ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH ANY DEVICES OWNED BY MY MOTHER THAT THEY SAID THE FORMS WERE SIGNED ON ! This needs investigating HMRC should not have sent check to them! This has made mum really ill if anything happens to her I will be going to the media!

We are not having the best Christmas due to finances ! And these people taking over £350 of mums money !
Who on this site are willing to join my mother in taking these people to court?
We need to all stick together and stop these people from scamming people and Hmrc need to stop sending money to them as the signatures are false and generated from third party contacts !

Promised a refund if £50 admin fees but not surprised never received it !
Also told that signature was signed on a devise with an IP Address this has been checked with my 85 year old mothers mobile and it does not match hers so more lies from this company ! The signature is fake on the paperwork I am asking for a full refund now of all money stolen from my mum ! No empathy she has lost her husband and daughter in last 12 months she is vulnerable and this rebate was to help with funeral costs but the money has been taken fraudulently

Poor communication and delays to be expected.

I received a call early 2023 advising my that I am owed tax on a PPI that was issued in 2016. I agreed they could claim on my behalf and heard nothing until I randomly received a cheque for £95 in December. This cheque has the wrong name on so unable to cash. I have emailed twice. When I called the number from yellow pages it advised this number was disconnected due to fraudulent activity.

Update: after two emails the company and after leaving this review, them challenging the review and sending evidence to Trustpilot they have returned the email and received a payment via BACs payment although I am sure this review encouraged their response to search for my emails to them.

Scammers! Do not trust!

Beware they are now trying to get genuine reviews like mine removed! This has to stop! Ive sent all evidence to trustpilot to keep my review here, action fraud and beginning legal action.please do the same! Do not trust this company they are scammers! Somehow got their name as agent on my hmrc account.Hmrc paid my tax rebate cheque to them.after a lot of chasing up I emailed them on the address shown on here. Got promised my money in 10 working days, absolute liars.i have received no paperwork after requesting it.reported as fraud now.i urge everyone to check they have not got one of these scam agents attached to their tax account as HMRC do nothing about it.They did say they are looking to stop this happening in future.They take money, lie and scam. They took all of my £284 tax rebate , which my family are in need of. Company should be held accountable , hopefully with all these reports they will be! Has been reported as a crime now and going forward with legal action ASAP.
Update...after posting this review, and them being notified of this, I received £120 in my bank account from them this morning.no paperwork or explanation of where the rest of the money went to. Have received no documents at all.Would still like an explanation and would never ever deal with this company again!

What can I say absolute jokers emailed twice now asking where my refund is both times they got back to me saying they’ve released my money yet they haven’t done, emailed them once again no reply as of yet this was over Xmas period giving them till the 2nd of Jan to transfer my money into my account, didn’t happen, I’ve started the ball rolling I’ve contacted financial ombudsman service yesterday unfortunately they wasn’t able to help apparently they can hold onto our money for as long as they like!!!! Been told to contact HMRC again to try and retract the payment if they can’t do that then CAB…I will get my money with interest added…..I posted this on the 04/01/2024 today is the 05/01/2024 I received my payment today what a coincidence!!!! Took 50% of me greedy gits….I suppose it’s better than nothing….good luck to all trying to get there money don’t stand for any crap of these jokers

Had a message from HMRC

Had a message from HMRC, regarding over payment of ppi tax, was told it will be sent to nationwide ppi advice with in 14 days, this message was dated the 22nd October 23, emailed them some time in November, about my money, was told by email, they where waiting for my bank details, they had never been in contact, with me about the cheque or bank details at all, was told it would be 7/14 days to send my money by BACS, due to the volume, well it only takes an hour plus to send money from a bank to bank, have emailed them again, with no joy, wonder if they are regulated at all ?
