The experience was made great by the technician. He rang me in the morning and gave me an estimated time of arrival for the afternoon. He then arrived more or less to time. He explained what he was about to do and efficiently got on with his work. He cleared up all his mess before he left. Overall a job well done.

The technician was dressed very smart and had good interpersonal skills. He got started on the car straightaway and the job was finished within my expected time. Car was clean after he had finished. Great job.

Cut out the automation and robots and learn to become human once again, like the two excellent guys who replaced my windscreen. (One trainer and one technician - who did use the phone).

Excellent service
Everyone was really helpful and organised and it would have been 5 stars but for the fact that on the first visit the vehicle refused to recalibrate so a second appointment had to be arranged so a windscreen with different glass could be fitted.
