I had a small stone chip on my windscreen that needed sorting and they fixed it within 20 minutes. Meg was very friendly and showed me the result explaining that a slight mark would remain but have restored it so it is protected. All in all very good experience. I arrived there at 8.30am prompt and was seen to within 10 minutes.

Lack of confidence from outset
No technician supplied for 1st pre- booked appointment, waited two hours for a manager to attend who informed me that there was nothing that could be done. Rearranged for next available appointment which was a week later, not efficient. When attending 2nd appointment the windscreen was changed after having to order the part into workshop. Issues began when the rear view mirror was broken off when refitting and again another date had to be set for, yet another return visit.
On the 3rd visit the mirror was fitted without any issues and I was allowed to wait in the reception area, which was great.

The staff very professional and did the work in 10-20mins. Though I had to wait about 1 week to have my window replaced, I am pleased with the end result which is like for like window replacement.

Booked me in at the wrong depot and…
Booked me in at the wrong depot and wrong date, kept calling me Evan, caused 4 warning lights to come on, left the rubber trim sticking out, didn’t answer the phone or reply to messages, ignored me in the workshop, I could go on all day.
I was booked in again to have their errors put right and they brought in an expert Nick who managed to sort it out so I am very pleased with him but not anyone else.

Great overall service
The online booking process was nice and straightforward although it showed as AM being available but then when my appt got reconfirmed over a week later, it said it wasn’t available so moved to PM. This is why I’ve deducted a star.
However, the staff were great. The fitter called me to say I could bring my car a little earlier on the day. The reception lady was really helpful and friendly. They called to say it was ready with plenty of notice for me to pop back. The job was done in less than 2 hours and I was on my way. Great service, thank you.
