I did get maybe too many texts and emails reminding me of the booking from the company but that is not the local branch’s fault.

Back windscreen is replaced
Back windscreen is replaced. But glass left on the back seat of my car, on the road, in the hatch back hinges and inside the boot hatch back door. I have cleaned it myself but the hatch back door rattles every time I open and close it.

After getting through, the staff was polite and helpful. Let me know when the work will be carried out, but couldn't confirm a time. But you could track the technician and he will call you to let you know when on the way. Was true to his word. Did the work, satisfy and done.

Repaired to time
It was difficult to get an early appointment closer to home. The earliest was in Swindon. I'm in Reading. But it was done speedily, very friendly chaps.
