Had my Windscreen replaced,the technician broke my roof rail clips & washerjet & said nothing,I found out with the washerjet on the M1 which nearly caused me to have a crash. I work in the motortrade & asked a panel beater to have a look & you could see where he'd try to glue it & left it. By leaving it he left that car not roadworthy

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. The guy on the desk was just a pleasure to talk to. Thoroughly looked after, given a space to work from and even got offered an icecream! Communication was excellent too. Fabulous all around. Thank you guys.

It was extremely hot on the day for the windscreen replacement appointment. The chap came on time fitted a new windscreen he was very friendly and did a great job considering the weather conditions.

The guy who had exchanged the…
The guy who had exchanged the windscreen and backed it out for me was very polite and friendly, stressing that no carwashing for 3 days. But I do think a small map of the trading estate would be useful. Also having tried several times to pay, was not aware that it still had not gone thro', so was quite embarrassed when the manager at the check in said you need to pay! But I said I'd done it, he told me to check my bank account when I got home, and no it still hadn't gone thro' !!!! So did it straight away and amazing it went straight thro' !!! Perhaps that needs looking at??? But on the whole - a good job, - was shown to the waiting area and brought a coffee.

Very polite, good service and the replacement screen works well.
Location of Nottingham depot means not a higher score. Not a nice place to wait, and not well signposted for escaping to civilisation.

Very punctual service and was kept…
Very punctual service and was kept informed of appointment time.
How ever the quality of workmanship was very poor, the windscreen scuttle panels/ trims were not fitted correctly and were left loose and retaining clips broken which I’ve had to get replaced and fitted correctly at a local garage at my expense also plastic covers for the wiper arm nuts were not fitted back on so have had to order replacements.
Dashboard of my vehicle was dirty and replacement was filthy with sealant left on the field of vision which has had to be cleaned off.
Over all not happy.

Happy with the overall service
The job was done very well, organised, fast service with nice staff. Happy with the job quality.
There was just a tiny part of wires from the mirror that not neatly placed. That's why I gave 4 star feedback.
