Andrew, the fitter was very good. Polite on time efficient.
But his head office had supplied the wrong fittings for the replacement windscreen wipers.
He said he would return with the correct parts and fit in 2 days approx.
He did not return and after a week I chased him and the company.
After a further 2 weeks I chased again and was told that a refund had been made for the wipers. No explanation given.
I replied that I was unhappy that I had not been kept informed of their actions.
So far no reply.
Bad customer service.

The whole process from the Insurance team, the booking process and the fitter made it a pain free experience.

I was kept informed of my appointment via text/email..
When I arrived at the branch they were extremely friendly and professional..
They completed the replacement within the specified time and as promised messaged me when my vehicle was ready to be collected.
Overall I was extremely satisfied with national windscreens and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a windscreen reped/replaced.
