You can't seem to source the Window. You aren't even able to give me an estimate when it will arrive. Your not keeping me up to date I am having to chase you. If I wasn't required to use you by my insurance Company I would have gone elsewhere

As English is not my first language, she absolutely was patient as I was speaking to her while I was making many mistakes, she explained to me everything very kindly.
