The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel special and treated with great kindness. My fitter, sorry I didn’t get her name, was outstanding and a great asset to National Windscreens. Couldn’t possibly rate her move highly. Brilliant!

The service was excellent
The service was excellent, Niall (I hope that's right!) was friendly, professional and fitted a complex windscreen in under 2 hours instead of the 4 hours we'sd been told to expect, and phoned 30 mins before to say when it would be ready. So I'd have given 5 stars to him and the team onsite, but we had to wait 10 days to get an appointment anywhere locally and the screen was so damaged we were worried about driving the car, hence 4 stars overall.

Easy to book online and I was able to…
Easy to book online and I was able to drop the car off early as I would not be there at the time they needed it for fitting... Was kept informed for the whole process including aftercare procedures. Very happy

Replacement screen failed
Windscreen was replaced due to crack as a result of a stone chip. Car is 12 years old, windscreen was original. Replacement was noted to be non OEM screen. Drove home, car was parked up for 4 days whilst I was away working. Went to drive the car, and after 25mins of driving a crack appeared extending from the near used lower corner 12inches towards the centre of the screen. No stone chip, no impact, crack just appeared while driving on dual carriageway. Not impressed, now for the inconvenience of having to go and have another screen fitted after they have “investigated” what has happened. Original screen lasted 121k miles, replacement lasted 4days and 20miles!

I had every stage of the replacement…
I had every stage of the replacement explained before work started by one of the technical team - the waiting room was clean and bright and well kept my windscreen was fitted with sensors, camera and mirror, some needing re-calibration but branch was equipped for this and all went smoothly - I have no trouble in recommending National Windscreens for their excellent service.

Perfect job done very quickly
Perfect job done very quickly on a bank holiday Monday, which was also the first day of the year. Staff were already really cheerful (actually, only one bloke in the day!), which I'm not sure I would have been in those circumstances. Communications and reminders were great too.
