Timely check in
Timely check in. Work done very quickly and of good standard. Only down side i had to sort refitting of the dashcam myself. Would have liked the dashcam to be refitted.

Job not to expectation.
Prompt service but unfortunately seals at bottom edge of windscreen not sealed completely leaving gap for engine noise and fumes in car. There are also black silicon marks on the bonnet. National Windscreen are aware and I have told someone will phone me. I am still waiting.

My windscreen replacement experience took place on Thursday 11th June 2026.
My windscreen replacement was dealt with efficiently and was completed quickly. The staff were polite and helpful. I was able o find the workshop easily and it helped that it was on the outskirts of Coventry.

Better information needed
Whilst you could see where your technician was, and how many jobs there was before you, it offered no real time frames to work to!
I could have worked in the morning or got some local jobs done and still got back in plenty of time for them had I knew it would be definitely a PM job, not so widely stated as between 09.00-4.30pm, which restricts you massively!
The lads rang me as they left their last job, they were both polite and professional and did an excellent job.
The service element was great, the information available to work to could be massively improved.
