Well he turned up as the booking said. No worries full of confidence and just got on with job. Brilliant job done with no problems. Car was as clean as it was before he started. Just left the car there for a day to help it settle before driving anywhere.
Perfect, great to see out of the new windowscreen. Makes the car feel brand-new.

A difficult rating tbh
A difficult rating tbh, and needs to split into parts, the first part being the service I received when I eventually had the work completed, which was with respect and quality workmanship, however I had the unfortunate issue of having to wait well over a month after the first windscreen was broken before I arrived at the centre some hour away from my home and I was only informed on arrival, I then returned home dissatisfied after being told it would be sorted, unfortunately the earliest appointment was over two weeks away, I rang customer services to be told the fitting centre would contact me to try and get an earlier appointment, no call was ever received, I had to then book my new appointment which was much later.
I expressly asked that I received an oem part which I did not and was told that the insurance company insisted on a cheaper screen!
So when I got my replacement part it was a long time after the initial crack in my screen appeared and this was wholly the responsibility of national windscreens , the repair I believe was done well and the fitter was courteous and helpful , but the experience I had was very much below par.
I will definitely never use this firm again and would pay extra if necessary to avoid them.
