Staff very helpful & efficient all the way through the process from initial call about the damage, to responding to my query about the glass, to helping me find the local branch. At the local branch again staff were efficient and helpful. All in all a brilliant service from the whole team.

Impeccable
My windscreen got a crack in it after a stone was flicked up on the dual carriageway.
I asked for a genuine BMW screen which was provided without any fuss, although this might have more to do with LV. Regardless, National windscreens facilitated this easily and efficiently.
John from Burnley was fantastic. Great communications, keeping me updated on when the screen was available and when I could book the car in.
The process of changing the windscreen took around 2 hours. Due to a previous bad experience 12 years ago where a fitter damaged my car fitting a screen I took many photos. I am so pleased I did as after the screen was fitted I noticed that there was a small amount of damage to the seal. I had never noticed this and thought that National Windscreen must have done it. However, when looking through my photos I noticed the same damage already present that I wasn’t aware of.
I am pleased to say that the fitting was impeccable. They take care and show respect to your vehicle.
The only slight concern was the amount of glass over the road outside the work shop. This could do with clearing up but I don’t seem to have picked up any punctures.
