The person who fitted was excellent, very clean, made no mess what so ever and most importantly was very polite and generally a top man. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered a replacement but the man turned up and thought it was a repair so couldn't do it for another week. The man on the phone when I called wasn't very helpful and was short and the man did turn up and replaced the screen but I had no communication regarding what time or that it was done I just came back home and it was done

A good experience generally but disappointedI had to wait almost two weeks for an appointment. Difficult contacting the branch to check progress,phone not answered plus I wasn’t phoned when the job was completed .

After nearly 5 hours of waiting i was…
After nearly 5 hours of waiting i was given my car back with more lights flashing than a Christmas Tree all linked im told to the cars safety system braking system. The waiting area was totally unfriendly for such a length of time, wobbly tables and no refreshments available whatsoever, and a piece of external trim was damaged. It took more than a week for all problems to be rectified. A bad experience especially with my disability.
