Technician was very friendly & polite on my arrival, gave an indication of collection time ( exactly as he said) very pleased with the service in the Barnstaple depot.

If you could have put a lower than zero I would
If you could have put a lower than zero rating I would. Never had such a bad service from any company ever!… first screen put in scratched, which would have been left if my mechanic had not spotted it. So rebooked ,to be cancelled on the day Rebooked to be again cancelled on the day!!Bear in mind each time the car had to be dropped off to the garage to be installed, costing me time, money and hassle, only to have to get the car back each time for nothing. They eventually managed to fit the screen a whole month after they started, again, barring in mind the car had no MOT , as it wouldn’t pass with the damaged screen, again costing me, having to work around not having the car. They then sent a threatening letter of court action for non payment before they had even fitted the screen!!!!!!!The fitter had obviously put it down as a completed job due payment from
His first attempt. Tried to phone on dozens of occasions to local branch, with the phone never answered. Just to top it all off my excess is £130 but they have billed me for £170!!!!!… can’t contact anyone to question why, so I have no choice but to pay . No one’s talking to anyone in this firm. For a National company the service received is beyond shocking.

My windscreen cracked whilst my car was parked at the railway station. National Windscreens booked me in for the replacement and dealt with the insurers and dealt with the whole process. It was a very easy process and I was please with the quality of the work

Start off great ruined it for themselves
Quick service but they wrote my invoice up wrong been trying to call them for days, branch and helpline no answer, waited over an hour on the helpline being told someone will be right with me, gave up after. Also didn't clean the windscreen on the inside found out on way home when direct sun light hit my windscreen could barely see it was so filthy. 100% safe to say won't be using these again.

Friendly and efficient service
Thanks to both the manager and fitter for their service today. Both staff were friendly and helpful. The work on my BMW's replacement windscreen looks good. The work was completed within the allotted time and I was contacted as soon as the work was finished. Glad to have a service like this locally. Thankyou!

Helpful, friendly and efficient
I didn't know where they were located so had opted for a home visit. They rang and explained it was close to my home, so found it easily as it was a better location to have the work done. Went for a walk, had a coffee, and returned to find it was nearing completion. Couldn't have been easier.
