Very welcoming
Very welcoming. I was asked if I was waiting or dropping my car off. I told them I was waiting and they showed me to the waiting room where they have refreshments, magazines and a tv. It was comfortable. The booking email stated that it could take up to 4 hours but it was completed in 1 hour 30. I had to wait a little longer for the screen bonding to set so all in all it was 2 hours.

2020 Toyota Corolla screen replacement
Dropped the car off at 9am for windscreen replacement. A warm reception from the staff involved. I explained that I have disabilities and removing the dash cam was a problem for me. A member of staff offered to do it for me and replace it after the new screen replacement had been completed. After around 3 hours, I had a call that the car was ready to collect. When I collected it the car had all the broken glass had been removed and a warm reception from the dispatch staff from the office. A good satisfying experience from the Aylesbury branch overall.
