Took my money and ran!
I bought this service basically to make sure the process was smooth and error free from my side by getting help from what I thought was a trusted advisor. After the first call after I paid, getting in touch with mu contact was virtually impossible, I was left doing alot of research myself. On top of that, I paid for rush service and still did not get my passport until 5 days after the paid for date. I would never recommend this company to a friend or a stranger for that matter...Especially now after completing the process alone, I can easily walk someone thru the process...and they wont have to pay 4 times the cost like I did. Thanks for nothing!

Absolutely great service, especially in a last minuter emergency.
National passport service worked wonders. We were late by a week getting our paperwork to them and their were so understanding and helped us work everything out.
